For anyone interested Divi will be 49.74 cents converted to sterling at 1.33 to £ = 37.40P. per share

Latest $ to £ rate is 1.27 but Divi conversion is already fixed.

We appear to have sequence of selling in the afternoon after an uptick in the share price Presumably profit taking which is to be expected.

Monty, you forgot about GBP, as one element.
At constant, or declining, revenue; profit growth will occur with declining cable.
Or is that hedged?

Nice bowl formation by the way and above my £22 forecast near term valuation.

It's only 50.1% and will be diluted by executive share options and business deals.

Monty. It,s the profit that matters.It can increase 20-40% or more even if the revenue
decreases. Has been proved with the other acquisitions.That's why the share price has soared over the last year and why your increased divi 49 cents is due shortly.

T am a little puzzled as to why HPE will have maturity shareholding 51% when it is presented as reverse takeover by Micro Focus . I am no expert but thought that a holding of 51& denoted a controlling interest. Can anyone clarify that.
