07/9/2016 09:10 | FTSE 250 trackers have to sell! Told us not to expect fireworks! | typo56
07/9/2016 08:23 | Should be 2050p, tracker funds have to BUY | montyhedge
06/9/2016 18:17 | Brought in a few days ago on basis it be in ft 100 and is a good co had it a few yrs ago then sold too early good cash flow and b/s | mrthomas
06/9/2016 14:35 | Because monty already told everybody!.... | diku
06/9/2016 14:34 | For what it is worth Micro is definitely showing in the FTSE 100 constituents list and not the FTSE 250. Surely that is final beyond any doubt but why has Micro never even mentioned going into the FTSE 100. Strange! | ringer12
06/9/2016 10:18 | When I spoke to listings dept. She said 6pm Friday Arm delisted and Micro Focus will take their place. | montyhedge
05/9/2016 21:32 | Oh, I've just checked that FTSE announcement. They appear to have changed the wording and now make no reference to MCRO replacing FTSE. How odd. Friday's closing auction says the market definitely thought it was moving into the FTSE 100. And my LSE feed shows it is now listed under sector code FS10 (meaning it is FTSE 100). (ARM is now sector code OL5) | typo56
05/9/2016 21:26 | Andrew, further to my posts 2722/2724/2726, check this announcement from FTSE last Wednesday.... Monty, if in doubt it's FTSE you really need to contact, not LSE (although I believe FTSE are still part owned by LSE). | typo56
05/9/2016 17:37 | Because I spoke to the stock exchange, Arm was officially delisted 6pm Friday. I said who is replacing then she said Micro Focus. | montyhedge
05/9/2016 17:16 | Further to my post 2751, don't know where people get the idea to date that MCRO definitely is going to be in the FTSE100, especially as Berkeley is being replaced by PolyMetal International, and ARM is suspended, but not yet out. It is on the reserve list along with Croda and others, but not yet a given, as far as I know. Anyway, it's got other stuff going for it, with a FTSE100 place an added bonus, even if it does have to wait until December. | andrewbaker
05/9/2016 15:39 | No Diku ok. | montyhedge
05/9/2016 15:22 | I am never bitter so you got wrong end of the stick...it takes all sorts... | diku
05/9/2016 15:09 | Diku sounds like a bitter investor who seems to have missed the boat at 640 - better luck next time mate. | big_cat
05/9/2016 14:55 | Once they are in exit doors shut and then the waterfall.. | diku
05/9/2016 14:52 | Tracker funds will start buying soon. | montyhedge
05/9/2016 10:24 | So now they take their eyes off the ball....no need to come to office...so you know what happens next?... | diku
05/9/2016 08:17 | So we are in FTSE 100, does not matter up 20p down 20p. Certainly a feather in the cap for directors. | montyhedge
03/9/2016 10:04 | So Sage the only other software company in FTSE 100, p.e 41, yield 1.77% for Sage. Let's hope we get that rating. | montyhedge
03/9/2016 09:58 | The dividend was calculated at 1.33 pound, now 1.32 even if we went to 1.40 better than 1.56 its usual price. Now the analyst will get this going for the FTSE 100 tracker funds. Barclays said BUY target 2150p.Big day Monday boys always said this would get in FTSE 100 from years ago. | montyhedge
02/9/2016 20:21 | Beware strengthening GBP vs USD; a dampener at least. | sogoesit
02/9/2016 17:22 | Your right Typo. These will be back over 2000p, watch the Sunday press comment. | montyhedge
02/9/2016 16:37 | As expected, 4.7m shares uncrossed in closing auction. Professional funds definitely understood MCRO is going into the FTSE 100 tonight, even if punters didn't. | typo56
02/9/2016 15:41 | Typo56 Does not matter shares up 20p down 20p on Monday, we know this is up from 640p been a massive winner for us and in 5 years time £75. But certainly a feather in the cap for directors, well done. | montyhedge |
