we know nothing - however 20k gbp plus gbp has been invested into an illiquid micro cap... gut feeling we nibble 3p soon....also i only think the 3 of us now hold mrm it;s off the radar and anyone who wanted to sell would have dumped by now...in fact the last dip saw 125-150k shares sell..but 900k bought now so mms desperate for stock...

chart wise we've hit a 2009 higher high...fundies will always out and MRM have a stream of content (50 dead men, shifty..etc) that will be snapped up by channel 4 etc and do extremely well in dvd land...

i'll run through the numbers from the 100 page annual accounts - as boring as it sounds probably an essential read for any investor in any stock...

there is a lot more detail than in the prelims

i genuinely think they are now with the new owners making good headway, they've had a good set of films (didnt last year) so far in 2009 and this will benefit the other distribution channels...

hope so - market is ignoring a company that's going from zero to hero...

think they will be profitable in 2009 - as they only lost 100k operating profit on 6.5 mill odd turnover last year plus 350k extra-ordinairy thanks to woolworths plus legal costs - so no woolworths this year - h2 is nearly up they've had several interesting and well received releases that will go to tv.

video on demand and dvd this year. think sales will be up for both dvd and vod and tv sales and cinema as 2008 had a limited release schedule due to loonland sale.

I think that sales will be 7.5-8 mill (vod was 150% plus in 2008. dvd sales were up something like 10%) with an 5-10% margin so anything between 400-800k which gives a p/e for 2009 of 4 or 5...

oh dear 21k sale knocked wins back to 2p...

there should be a trading statement in a few weeks judging by the last years calendar.. interims as march/sept so normally we get some kind of statement in december/june time - could be wrong but think when it comes given the excellent slew of films so far this year imagine we are in line with expectations...

I'll wait to see what the new guys do. Can't blame you. It was a tremendously mis managed company where particular people in charge destroyed such massive amounts of investor wealth.
