06/2/2008 14:07 | ursamajorra It's not that nobody cares it's that the value of my holding is so small and holding a heavy loss that if I think about it too much I'll dispair. I'm waiting for the Finals. The only value MRM has to me is if I can offset any cap gains by selling MRM. Laughable really! | moogee
06/2/2008 08:28 | Yes,noticed that. | ursamajorra

10/1/2008 16:29 | Has anyone questioned this suspect intercompany movement and accounting and its effect on the shareholders let alone the sale of TVL's 62%. of Metrodome. Does anyone care? we all seem to be uninterested in the performance of this Flamank character ,who seems to have a big self serving foot in both camps! Are we being stiched up or isn't there anyone out there? Be interested to hear. (From skywriter on iii) | ursamajorra
08/1/2008 13:26 | we'd see that reported as trades - also disinterest and general market malaise hit price - if sales and a move to profit in 2007 from the 2006 loss have resulted in a collpase in the price then this should be a buy as price drops and fundies improve......ie price is doing the opposite of what it should ne.... | moreforus
08/1/2008 13:15 | It maybe that the depressed share price is down to Loonland offloading some of it's 83% down to current 70%. I don't know; just a thought. | moogee
08/1/2008 10:20 | Moogee Thanks for your insight. Fingers crossed. | ursamajorra
08/1/2008 10:13 | Best thing to do is wait for the results. MRM did promise profit. Also, Loonyland had 83% of the shares but now only 61% so MRM are doing something right. I don't like to say this but if Loony's holding is a problem then if MRM do make a profit maybe a share buy back would be better. Personally, I dislike share buy backs and in this case would rather see any profit being ploughed back into the company to develop it's business. If URSAMAJORRA was offered 1.5p by the MM's then MRM should do the same at these cheap levels. If MRM make £150K profit the that equates to 10m shares! Current number of shares in issue is 120,717,915 to which Loony now own 74m. Failing that MRM could get a Loan out for £1m and buy back all the shares at 1.5p if MRM shows a profit but this would mean a yearly repayment of approx. £60k in interest! Again not a good thing. Either way Loonland is more of a problem than help to MRM and its long suffering shareholders. The key aspect here is can MRM make a profit as it promised? | moogee
04/1/2008 15:26 | 200k Unfortunately i started buying at 136p. | ursamajorra
04/1/2008 14:11 | have you got 5 million to sell and should we run to the hills? | moreforus
04/1/2008 12:44 | MM`s offered me 1.5p,i said no,they said leave it with us and we will try and get you 2p,i said no. Don`t for one minute think they would have gone from 1.5 to 2p for no reason. Going to hold a bit longer. | ursamajorra
04/1/2008 12:35 | Moogee Many thanks for the depressing summary. I am offloading the lot. | ursamajorra
04/1/2008 10:23 | ursamajorra Regarding where does it leave shareholders, pick one of the following: 1. A total buyout for an agreed price all depending on the quality of the company. At best this will be a tad above the current price at worst below. Either way indivdual shareholders won't have a say. I see little up side to this especially as I didn't have the sense to sell long ago believing the bulldung / some may say lies the management told. So I will be screwed either way since my average is much higher than current share price 2. The buyer just takes the Loony stake. I can't see why he would and not take the whole company. I would also expect that any buyer would like to interfer in the running of the company. Whether this would be a good thing or not is down to the quality and track record of the buyer. 3. Buyers look at MRM and think it's a big pile of dung and stay away. Loony still retains it's stake since it's better than nothing. Either way I think you will see that once again the small shareholder is at the bottom of the food chain and will get screwed. If MRM turns itself around someone will buy it. If it is incapable of making a profit (and eventually cease to be) then it's all ours. I personally think the best thing that could happen (and it's a long shot) is that Loonland goes into administration, nobody wants their stake and MRM buys the whole lot back for a token value which the Administrators are obliged to accept. This would mean MRM taking out a bank loan but which bank would do this? It looks grim. | moogee
02/1/2008 11:43 | I expect that you will see a trade delayed by 2 hours soon. The MRM mms seem to delay even modest trades by 2 hours to try and hide whats going on.The trouble with MRM is it takes very little selling/buying to move the share price (a double edged sword thats a bit scary as we know Loonlands 60% odd stake is up for sale).edit, I have no position here long or short. | figure6
02/1/2008 11:43 | hooray.... good start to the year ... we were supposed to get some news about the buyer (short list of 4) - i suspoect none of these are finding it cheap or easy to raise finance...maybe it's off and someonme knows and is selling under the table... | moreforus |
