'value curve' - absolutely, and it's all about the 'value curve'. There's huge value to be unlocked here (that unlocking is essentially moving up the value curve) but to make money they have to spend money and today's news is the start of that, sometimes, lengthy process

Bringing it further down the value curve, then sell the mine for $500m US....excellent deal, the market may take a while for it to sink in though.

Some new posters on here were saying yesterday that there would not be a deal...they were wrong, shows how much they know.

the asset has been stripped from the books, and moved. MNC will only own 49% and then only 30% at the end. what is current non producing gold mine and 30% of LC worth. good few days for traders, hot money will dump this stock this morning, and leave. you guys took a chance by holding when market gave you 0.28 last night, the deal is bad for shareholders. next stop is money required for gold mine, so placing 101% now as zero cash given to MNC.

12-14p gives a mcap of under £5 million. Would hope the market thinks it is worth more than that.

51% for $16m lol. Then options to up it to 70% for only $29m, CD lead owner all the time and control direction as major shareholder. Bet some wish they had taken profits yesterday. Rush for the exit this morning at 8am.

given away 70% for $45m, all the money stays in new company and CD run the show on second and third payment. worst deal I have ever seen, i expect 0.12-0.14 today.

Deal rns in Oz. Getting $16.5m next month as first tranche which is more than our market cap today. Total deal of $45m. Tomorrow will be exciting.

Well the interesting thing is that the good Aussie folk were tucked up in their beds as it was 1.35 am when pattersonsmith issued the "no deal" warning.

Typical, got stopped out earlier and then ended up buying back in at a slightly higher price! You're damned if you put a stop loss on and damned if you don't! I only bought back in because I am confident there will be good news!
