OkThat is what I need to know Is there cash flow (positive)Will they meet payment deadline ?Delays of this nature are out of their control and are at the mercy of the government ... there are not timeline guarantees...RNS should be clear ...other factors is not clear , so back to speculating again I am certain they will use this an excuse This Co always finds one

jailbird you just need to look at the long game not short term 3-4 months, 10 year mining life 1mill ounces without resource upgrade.

They have promised a quarterly report by 30 April. We will see what comes out of the wash then. With luck some of the political uncertainty will have been resolved. They have made gold sales so there should be some cashflow.

The delays and other factors will Knock thus down the road for another 12 months and another fund raising Give 1p more and I will sell my lot.Hopefully I get my chance in April

It should be plain to all that the company did not want to put out a statement but felt it had to because of the immense pressure. I do not believe another share placing will be necessary.

taken some more on the drop, just been checking the rainfall levels some areas have had over a month's rainfall in one day.

Seems as though everyone else is taking the opportunity here mainly buys 7 sells first thing hence the drop, hopefully in a couple of months we will be in a different place.

Ok last sentence.. so why not say what that other factor/reason isWhat is the secret ?Tell you why... because they can state it the next reason they are missing targets ... keep in the back pocket .. Well at least you can agree 100k is not gonna be achieved this year .!

Its not the end of the world.
the company says this.

The Company continues to closely manage its working capital requirements under the current circumstances.

Well i would expect them to do this even when they are at full production and making plenty of money.

this sentence is interesting.

Pursuant to its Financial and Technical Assistance Agreement the Project remains in the "test running and debugging" phase. As part of these works the Company has been successful in exporting the gold doré produced.

So are they waiting for some sort of permit again to be able to move on from the "test running and debugging"?

Mining and processing operations are ramping up slower than had been expected and this is almost entirely due to a prolonged period of incessant rainfall and other factors.

Other factors.
i would say those factors are the reason not the rain.

They have only just started here really.
they have had a lot of bad luck over the years.
i can't see how anyone can really blame the BOD.
the facts are when you know there should be news and it does not come, it always means bad news.if you have good news you would expect to get it out there not hide it.
Well i am happy they have finally updated the market, even if its not what we where expecting.
i think i am cursed when i invest in AIM.

Are you surprised knowing their track record ...It will be producing but lower than expected throughout the year because of the weather.The bottom line is they will never produced 100k a year as forecast this year .So in my eyes that negatively rates the stock for the next 12 months .

Well how bloody useless are the BOD. Such A NON RNS which just brings more questions and doubt, in fact it makes knowing what to do in terms of trading even more difficult !!! FACT it is in nobodies interest for the company to go bust. They are talking about a company producing quarterly updates so one would assume that they intend to be around for the foreseeable future. Presumably the financiers are going along with the delays. CONCLUSION a big opening markdown is probably a good time to average down !!!!!

so the plant/fleet are operating soundly.
They can't do anything about the weather.
i agree its not good news.
we still have no idea how much gold is being produced.
But that will end by the end of April.
