What would they need a placing for? They have plenty of cash, and they could always sell some of their trading assets if needed.

So again, I ask - what would they need a placing for?

Has the story with Mtr changed fundamentally? Not really
Has the recent board games affected sentiment to the stock? Highly likely.

Price is being driven by nervousness and poor sentiment, rather than anything else.

Has volume of trading changed significantly? Not particularly, suggesting nothing really has changed that much, except sentiment.

Very sad to see fresh PI meat stepping up to the grinder with ECR and MTR both firm monument to the Paul Johnson public markets execution model imo, indeed even as MTR prints fresh recent lows.

Much work has been done (and recorded) here to forewarn and protect the PI though as the old saying goes, "...you can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink".

Suggests $44 million pa cash flow, so nearly $15 mill pa to Mtr over 9 years...

And that's without further resource uplifts near t3...

Production est at 2019....

I'd be very careful buying in - theyvare heavily relying on the MOD announcement to push the shares up but if it's not exactly spectacular then the one year chart is screaming a retrace to 1p
