This is why BOTSWANA is the real deal and why MTR have shown their hand by raising first

PaleThey haven't bought any shares at 1p. They have the option to buy another 3m shares at 1p in the future. Obviously they will only do that once they have moved well above 1p.

Invested today 800,000 in 2 lots. The share is hated and for good reason but is now undervalued, take a look at the chart, declined share price, positive MACD, Chatree mine issue looks like it will be resolved, Board recognise they got it wrong and have listened, all sellers exhausted. The big seller appears to have finished selling yesterday.
One explosive combination.

I think MTR are still underwater on EUA but if it rockets great. Lots of MTR's peripheral assets are showing potential but what they need is cash, I don't know what's in the kitty but they've said today they need another e500k for Spain, they say they want to pay their way with Bots, they have a Thai operation to support plus their daily operating costs.

The assets are good particularly Bots, Thailand and Spain in that order. Their timing is a bit out that's all, they'll find a way through imo and it will be a welcome relief to lose the knockers who pour out mindless drivel and ignore facts.

Fact = however low the share price may go even to 0.01p, remember that if any meaningful investment is sold then there'll be no time whatsoever to buy in for
collection of the dividend. Of course insiders will know before the event.

Must be really difficult getting even a discounted dilutive bucket shop placing away when most of the movers and shakers are shutting up shop for Christmas. Yes even bucket shops thieves celebrate Christmas and have office parties/team lunches/time off etc

Could you just explain, in plain words, your above comment, how does it work?

I thought the money went from buyer to seller via the market, the co doesn't see it at all let alone individual directors.
