Posted at 07/4/2022 15:46 by tolmie Hello all or who ever is listening. I have owned £500 worth of Matra for years. Along with other mainly rubbish shares with HSDL, lost interest in looking at them to see if I would ever show a positive outcome. Now that HSDL are going to charge for holding them I have transferred them all except Matra. HSDL can't sell them, new broker said no problem! - then ooh, can't take the Matra, why? Can't say. Broker no 2 - no problem, then aah......can't do anything with your Matra ones. Why.....mmmmm....canSo fellow conned investors......is there any point in looking any further......do we own a part of PP or what.....who can hold shares in Sweden/Stockholm exchange (NASDAQ OMX)without flushing more cash down the drain? Does anyone have good/legal knowledge of the situation. AF |
Posted at 05/3/2021 11:10 by barrie16 RodneyWhy don't Pure Positioning AB even reply to their investor relations site. Carl Isaksson at Baker Mckenzie told me he would give me the name of a contact in Pure Positioning AB to speak with. I haven't bothered yet. ?? |
Posted at 20/2/2021 21:35 by magpie105 I messaged Bruno Soutinho on LinkedIn. Our shares will still exist as part of the existing share capital, however this was diluted when clearing debts and new investors came onboard. He also confirmed that they are planning an IPO and further capital will be raised meaning further dilution. Depends on your point of view but good news is chance we will get some money back in time, bad news is it’s just unlikely to be much at all. Our investment effectively went with Matra folding. Lack of communication from company is bordering on unethical as far as I’m concerned but imagine new management saw opportunity to acquire a previously listed entity on the cheap making it easier for them, and no doubt barsky took a little backhander. |
Posted at 20/2/2021 20:49 by harry136 barrie16It might look they are ignoring the share holders of Matra, can they by law? we dont appear anywhere. Posted at 16/11/2020 11:11 by barrie16 It appears everyone has gone, Rodney. Free reign for the owners of this company. I wonder if there was any large private investors in Matra, did they kick up a fuss?? |
