Man Group plc (the "Company"), announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents on the London Stock Exchange as part of its US$50 million share buyback programme announced on 05 March 2024.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 72,163,460 of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,201,786,000 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). Note: This figure takes into account the transfer from treasury of 168,017 ordinary shares on 10 April 2024 in order to satisfy the exercise of options under the Company's Sharesave Scheme.

 

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 3,006,431 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 259.4998 pence per share.

 

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
