Majestic CFO chucked out to make way for Naked Wine CFO. This deal looks more and more odd and was really Naked taking over Majestic. I just don't believe the valuation here and the senior management have an earn out based on Naked Wine progress... but not Majestic's. Not good.

I think the next results will disappoint on Majestic but the Naked Wine side will look good. Naked relying on "internet style" valuations to make this price add up IMO.

Next thing will be Majestic NEDs removed, but as they seem to have been bent over already by the "naked guys" (sorry!) maybe they will stay around and be yes men instead.
