In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Kier Group plc (the "Company") notifies the market that, as at 31 March 2024, the Company's issued share capital comprised 446,480,481 ordinary shares of 1p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 March 2024 is 446,480,481.
