07/9/2016 08:20 | Indeed, looking very strong and under accumulation I suspect. | saucepan
07/9/2016 08:19 | I'd say mm's short of stock here, moving up on minimal volume. Which is nice :o) | bigbigdave
06/9/2016 21:36 | If the share price can manage an eod close above the upper trendline, there's a potential target of approx 436 from this INVH&S, marked in green. | bamboo2
06/9/2016 14:38 | Closing in on 4 quid :o) | bigbigdave
05/9/2016 11:42 | Added again this morning. Chart looking fabulous here. | cfro
05/9/2016 08:23 | 20k trade also just gone through. | bigbigdave
28/8/2016 11:20 | Very pretty on the weekly - classic hammer/pin bar - squeeze - boom free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | luckymouse
28/8/2016 10:12 | interceptor, using Bulkowski's definition, I'm not sure I can stretch this pattern into a HTF, it's not high or tight enough! I think it's a bull Flag. This is no bad thing. Fridays move confirms the pattern as valid. I calculate the target based on the prior flagpole length of 85 x 64% = 54.4 This is added to the bottom of the flag giving a minimum target of 391.4 There are two triangle apexes on the chart which often signal a turn in the price. :-) | bamboo2
27/8/2016 10:40 | It is quite instructive to observe how the price has reacted to the 150p, 200p, 250p, 300p and now 350p grid lines in the charts in the header. Once one threshold was cleared, the lower threshold was never revisited. Rather textbook stuff and shades of Nicolas Darvas boxes and Jesse Livermore's "round numbers". The uptrend shows no sign of ending, and knowing the story behind it gives some confidence that it could go on for a very long time yet. | saucepan
27/8/2016 10:23 | Thanks for that Fruitninja, quite informative. I must admit to not knowing much about video games. All I know is that its a good space to invest in and companies like KWS are in a sweet spot there. | nurdin
26/8/2016 21:41 | @Nurdin We are a huge fan of online gaming in my household and have been for years. Have you heard of twitch tv? It's easy to install the app on an iPad or ps4. Basically it's live steaming of competitive online gaming like league of legends overwatch and of course destiny .. Destiny is an amazing video game and is always in the top 10 games being streamed and has even turned skilled gamers into celebrities in the US. Keywords worked on destiny (activision) and are currently working on the hugely anticipated destiny2 due to drop next year. Twitch is growing fast as more people love watching there favourite games being played by pro gamers. The gaming industry is still in its infancy imo and keywords are in the right place. I wanted exposure to this so I picked up some shares here (a little late to the party) last month. The Pokemon go craze recently has also demonstrated the potential for augmented reality which keywords briefly mentions in there last statement, | fruitninja84
26/8/2016 20:36 | Saw a news item this evening where they showed a football stadium (in the Far East) full of spectators watching video football competition on large screens, played out by well known players. For the life of me I cant find the link..sorry.Seems video football gaming,at stadium level, is taking the Far East by storm and it may soon catch on here.I just wondered if this was new news that perhaps could explain the rise in KWS today? Anyway here is something to wet your appetite as we move into the bank holiday. | nurdin
26/8/2016 20:28 | Impressive | luckymouse
26/8/2016 15:55 | Just to mention it looks like a tight high flag to me, which is one of the stronger technical set ups I believe? KWS looks like a classic zulu type stock, and looking at the posters here I think others agree. :o) | interceptor2
26/8/2016 15:52 | Any idea what caused the sudden rise? | nurdin
26/8/2016 15:28 | Yes, it would be rude if someone did not draw to attention. Looks a significant one, and always good to see late afternoon strength on a Friday. | saucepan
18/8/2016 14:21 | Yes, took advantage yesterday and had some more. | cormask
18/8/2016 14:03 | Nice to see any dip bought up rapidly. | bigbigdave
09/8/2016 08:35 | Excellent, rivaldo. Thank you. | saucepan
09/8/2016 07:21 | Informative new "Investment Case" summary for KWS here - it's good to see the CEO stating ""We are not forgetting our core business of translation and localisation testing. You should expect to see from us some acquisition activity fairly widely spread across the board". There's brief broker comment as follows: http ://www.proactiveinve "What the brokers expect A trading update in early August indicated trading at Synthesis had been very strong since its acquisition, though guidance for the year was not changed by management. Consensus revenue forecasts in 2016 are €82mln (€53mln) with adjusted profit of €11.6mln. Broker Shore Capital said: “With Keywords’ expanding technical ability in art and audio services to augment long standing strength in translation and localisation, it is placed to leverage worldwide growth in the videogame industry. “Keywords̵ | rivaldo
05/8/2016 07:50 | Tks riv, Also hoping for a mention in SCSW tomorrow. | bigbigdave
05/8/2016 07:42 | Featured as a Tip Update in the IC - subscriber-only though: "Keywords steps up its game By Theron Mohamed, 03 August 2016 The good news keeps on coming from Keywords Studios (KWS). Strong organic growth, combined with a boost from acquisitions, means the video game services group's bosses expect first-half revenue and adjusted pre-tax profit to "comfortably" exceed market expectations......" | rivaldo |
