its like announcing there might be some room in a lifeboat as the titanic sinks... the only news that is going to avoid an inevitable iceberg moment is confirmation that the local investors have opened their wallets... given the endless reviews and excuses to date and a timeline which has pretty much elapsed, my guess is their merry dance is in full-swing and their wallets are firmly closed... but dont tell Harry or he wont buy them another round of drinks!!!!

The RNS reveals the plan to drill 6 holes 250 meters apart over a1.5 km length, and yet, the outcrop is over 5.5 km in length.Did they start the drill in the middle.. any end.. third of the way down from north, south ?Why not expand the distance between holes & core samples.. 350 meters or 500 meters.. even 650 meyers to give a "better" estimate of actual deposit, or geological extent ?

Smoke and mirrors. The sheer scale of the share price depreciation, coupled with the concern over the ANS payment has pushed HAA to release a SPECULATIVE bonus RNS to prop up and support his bad management.Theres NO assay result. Just what the drill staff can see. Gold on top of copper is JUST an expectation.

Mostyn, Turkey was before Morocco, and JQ (whatever happened to the 31k p.a Au from 2018 there, lol) and of course TK, which might equally be said to be running behind schedule... ;)

So it isn't surprising you had forgotten, but it does follow a pattern of sorts.

Looks like we might be getting lined up for another shafting...maybe Harry is timing everything with Brexit day - the old release bad news when all eyes are elsewhere. I mean, not many will worry about our little investments. Little they are now, anyhow.

Estseon, logically Harry should be doing what Boris has been doing and set the deadline, or in our case announce what is timetabled, and then at least ANS and the Gov in Ethiopia can take ownership of the shambles.

Why can't he stand up and be counted. Forever secretive while all along telling us he is so open and gives more updates than he's required to! All of which do as much can-kicking as Brexit.

No probs, mostyn. It will probably be mentioned in the Quarterly but probably does not trigger the need for an RNS.

I suspect that the Quarterly is being held back until cash trigger day. Kefi does not have control over the relocation - that is with the local authority and HAA can only report on what they have said. The ANS cash should be triggered by the relocation. There probably is a date fixed but HAA won't report it because he can't enforce it.

That £90k referred to just covers Harry's salary for the next three months.

It is a disgrace that this man is receiving this kind of money for presiding over this shambles and Ihe consequent decimation of our share holdings.

I'm probably not alone here in now believing that we are unlikely to see any tangible progress this side of Christmas.

If that nightmare scenario comes about then where will the share price be and how many more tens of millions shares will be in issue by the turn of the year?
