Mostyn, Turkey was before Morocco, and JQ (whatever happened to the 31k p.a Au from 2018 there, lol) and of course TK, which might equally be said to be running behind schedule... ;)

Looks like we might be getting lined up for another shafting...maybe Harry is timing everything with Brexit day - the old release bad news when all eyes are elsewhere. I mean, not many will worry about our little investments. Little they are now, anyhow.

Estseon, logically Harry should be doing what Boris has been doing and set the deadline, or in our case announce what is timetabled, and then at least ANS and the Gov in Ethiopia can take ownership of the shambles.

Why can't he stand up and be counted. Forever secretive while all along telling us he is so open and gives more updates than he's required to! All of which do as much can-kicking as Brexit.

No probs, mostyn. It will probably be mentioned in the Quarterly but probably does not trigger the need for an RNS.

I suspect that the Quarterly is being held back until cash trigger day. Kefi does not have control over the relocation - that is with the local authority and HAA can only report on what they have said. The ANS cash should be triggered by the relocation. There probably is a date fixed but HAA won't report it because he can't enforce it.

That £90k referred to just covers Harry's salary for the next three months.

It is a disgrace that this man is receiving this kind of money for presiding over this shambles and Ihe consequent decimation of our share holdings.

I'm probably not alone here in now believing that we are unlikely to see any tangible progress this side of Christmas.

If that nightmare scenario comes about then where will the share price be and how many more tens of millions shares will be in issue by the turn of the year?

Ariana on 16th October announced that it was buying Kefi's subsidiary, Dogu, for £90k in cash but due diligence was still in progress and they had paid only £15k at that stage. In the general scheme of things, it is not material and the subsidiary sale is not yet unconditional.

The Company successfully divested four Licences in Turkey in July 2011 to AIM listed Ariana Resources (AIM:AAU) for a nominal cash payment of 10,000 Turkish Lira, 910,747 new ordinary shares in Ariana and a Net Smelter Royalty (“NSR”) of 2%. The NSR is payable by Ariana’s wholly owned Turkish subsidiary Galata Madencilik San. ve Tic. Ltd. (“Galata”;) to KEFI Mineral’s Turkish Subsidiary, Dogu, on commercial production of any mineral from the licences. No value has been attributed in these financial
statements for the NSRs, due to uncertainty regarding when income from the NSRs will commence.

I just noticed that Ariana announced via RNS that it had purchased a royalty from Kefi covering a Turkish project for £90,000, but Kefi hasn't announced it.

its hardly capitulation that is driving the share price lower!!!! Its the endless dilution that has been structured in such away that the loan shark makes even more money the more it tanks!!! this process has been abetted by a backdrop of 'local investors' who for months and months seem to have led Harry on a merry dance as they have done everything but invest!!! i think you have more chance in finding gold at the end of a rainbow than this self-enriching ponzi...

Capitulation is fundamentally the point at which any number of entities decides there is a future and invests in that future accordingly, to the exclusion of others. The current share sales could be part of that but exclusion of others. The question is the future!
