And probably a share consolidation! Agree Goldeneye5, may not need to raise a lot of money, but the fact they have to carry out this share reorganisation because of the poor performance of the share price over the last six or seven months in particular, is more than a little ironic!

What price a fundraising too? At a discount to current levels probably, which will drive the share price lower! It would be good to see director buying, but l wont hold my breath.

If there is some Company changing developments expected here, then they need to happen sooner rather than later. It would be far better to get any good news out into the market now, improving shareholder value and the shareprice, then look at raising money. The fact that this reorganisrtion needs to happen now suggests to me that we are not expecting any such developments short term.

It's no big deal, exploration companies need to raise money... at current share price it was technically not possible as we already knew... do you expect kdr to never raise money again? I would expect the will only need a small amount of money, depending on who is footing the larger bills.

I hear you. No need for pi work fortunately. Could call the Dp, but sometimes better direct, as dates can be provisional this time of the year. Comms here always respectful as I recognise and saw the genuine efforts you guys made to travel before. Indeed the prof thanked you for attending year before last if I'm not mistaken. Noted at agms etc. Cheers for pm offer but like kdr, prefer to travel below radar. If cross paths within next few weeks, may have brief chinwag. Build is a good call. However I've put the roof on and am content with external finishes given my shallow pockets these days. Boots are full enough that I am reasonably satisfied. Rio still footing bills? Are we expecting strategic moves by prof soon?
