No formal approach as yet..! Just wait for the company to be formally approached. We could wake up to a 7am RNS for a 40p+ bid. Often happens when you least expect them to.

It will be interesting, I would think it will be a fair bit higher than the current price.

They never said they had approached the board but intend to. I see no underhand behaviour in the lunchtime rns. I reckon there are plenty who would love to buy at 15p. Sadly (for them) they may have to buy higher than that if they want in.
