it would be interesting to examine share holding/buying/selling/shorting in particular by Proxima
IF they announce an approach

which is denied by JKX
then they 'withdraw'................withdraw what if no appraoch made?

looks like creating a false market in order to sell short to me.....but wtfdik

Response to the announcement by Proxima Capital Group Inc ("Proxima")

The Board of JKX has noted that Proxima, which announced on 5 February 2015 that it was in the early stages of considering a potential offer for JKX, has now announced that it does not intend to proceed.

The Board confirms that at no stage has any approach whatsoever been made to the Board of JKX by Proxima.

Some might speculate that they never had any intention to bid, and just wanted the share up to sell into.

Some might say its been very fishy from the off.

I personally couldn't comment.

Almost already in the mid thirties -

Some decent trading going on here - I watched JKX many years ago climb from 15p to over 500p over time. So we shall see if there is an offer here and at what price -
