None of us are experts phil.
Years ago Wendy Durham used to post.She gave very good rules of thumb calculations that I try to use on costs of mining and metres of found discoveries that were quite useful.

Luck with that hazl , could be a good call. General markets looking awful , no santa rally this year by the look of it.

I don`t know much about gold shares apart from Randgold (RRS)

They couldn't be in a more despised sector so got to be a low soon I reckon!
