Little more on the new Bangkok store..

Afternoon hazl , definitely more upbeat here :-) U @ 172.1p tonight.

Not come across ADGO , I`ve just had a look and it`s totally over my head !

I usually try to invest in things that I can actually get my hands on , a bit safe really I suppose :-)

Bought some Diageo (DGE) yesterday, look well oversold, done ok today.

I have just read an article about the Ms.Mellon friction with The Jimmy Choo company and it is quite revealing.
Some of the gripes towards the end of the article sound a good thing from an investors point of view to me!

Up there with a lot of great names Ted Baker and so on.
San Fransisco of course, loads of top shoppers, I would imagine.
I do hope this does as well as Ted Baker....I don't see why not now they are diversifying a bit!

Good appointments today which will help the brand.

Off that subject the Argyle mens shoe would warrant a place in my collection. Beautifully made, great design and I might defy convention and buy a pair for casual wear with a fashionable edge

According to Peru a contributor on Financial Sense footwear is on the trend investment-wise....CHOO seems to be holding up well and diversifying ,a very sound move,in my opinion.

....Jimmy Choo was the leader of the pack, driven by the newly launched Jimmy Choo Man in the US and Jimmy Choo Blossom, together helping the brand’s sales climb 62 percent.

Jean Madar, Chairman and CEO of Inter Parfums, commented: “In dollars, Jimmy Choo brand sales increased 30 percent in the period. We are very excited for the upcoming August launch of Jimmy Choo Illicit, which promises to build on the strong results we’ve generated with this brand."
