    The Company announces that between 12 and 24 June 2008 it purchased 78,720
    Ordinary shares at an average price of 217.61p per share to be held in
    Treasury.

    The Company has 10,800,000 Ordinary Shares in issue of which 152,220 are held in Treasury. The Company will continue to purchase its own
shares for Treasury when appropriate and in accordance with the authority granted by its Members.
