Market note: Reduced from 8.00, to 6.86?

Reiteration = "BUY"?

Lol, just playing. It is important to laugh.

I too, remain optimistic.

Patience will remain as the bulk of my forward looking statement.

I would not want to give you false expectations based on my personal assessment and judgement. All I can relate is I remain optimistic . In my dream I saw 686p as the price! I am not a seer, so that is my wishful thinking!

Jack in the box investors do not exist - true.

6am-10pm - Manufacturing MEP2-based units manually, or what?

Would it not be more prudent to expect delays at Yara..?

I note some interesting points, perhaps, and moreover, questions:

1) ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, is pleased to provide details of the sale of a 24MW electrolyser to Linde Engineering (is that not via ILE?)

What were we told about revenuers by AA recently, in regards to these projects - I actually can't remember, the numbers are always opaque and do not leave a lasting memory in my mind (why is that?), at least to me anyway.

Purely ITM to Linde, rather than ILE to Yara? Is all that revenue belong to ITM then?

2) The 24MW system supplying 10,368 kg/day of hydrogen will account for approximately 5% of the plant's consumption and serve as a feasibility study for future upscaling. Yara has received a grant of up to NOK 283m (GBP23.6m), pending ESA approval, from Enova SF, a Government funding body to invest in green solutions for hydrogen used for industrial purposes in Norway.

Was the ESA approval granted? Can't remember if we had any general news about this.

"Magnus Ankarstrand, President of Yara Clean Ammonia, said: "The project aims to supply the first green ammonia products to the market as early as mid-2023, both as fossil free fertilizers, as well as emission free fuel for ships. Green ammonia is the key to reducing emissions from world food production and long-distance shipping. With this project, we move from intention to actions together with Linde Engineering and local contractors."

Can't ignore the massive potential here, or the knock-on effect of any delays.

3) The electrolyser equipment is due to be ready for shipment from ITM Power in Q4 2022 with revenue realised in the Company's 2022/2023 financial year.

What do we have to give us hope that this will be delivered on time? Don't mean to be so pessimistic, but I can only imagine it will not be - if we don't have the tooling finalised, then we don't have the tooling finalised...

Them stating that they still hope to get the current orders out has become meaningless (it always was just words and fluff) - and boy did I buy what they were selling!

Furthermore:

Half-Year 27-01-2022:

"Contract signed for delivery of 12MW of electrolysis equipment to be deployed in 2022, and recognised in the 2022/23 financial year."

Really? Shouldn't we expect delays?

Correct my thinking - fill me with joy.

'Linde is taking an important first step towards establishing the green hydrogen economy in Greece, allowing us to advance our sustainability agenda across the country," said Oana Reiber, General Manager of Linde Hellas. It's got to be itm surely. In which case got to be an acknowledgment Rns. If it's not it will be a red flag for linde partnership. Thats why hoping it is, it shows how early a stage every country is at. Vlad, it will be even more interesting to hear your thoughts and opinions, once you realise the not so obvious, and actually become an investor on the ride back up.

...and it will be even more interesting if you don't, and miss the boat.

Usually, here, we would try and go into more detail about why I think that article screams, "Nel are behind on efficiency, cost, etc, when compared to ITM", or something similar to that - pulling something out of nothing, ya know - and then I would try my best to explain why that is the case, and always will be very, very difficult for other PEM manufacturers to change and eventually compete with, on them points, with evidence and examples, then I'd ask Norbus for his review and stamp of approval...then just to be sure, I would send out a fax to clabburn, and he would get back a few months later with a more realistic analysis.

The good old times.

Oh well, we all must cut back this Christmas - the free lunches have come to an end.

Second question, equally genuine; want to hear some thoughts:

Does this sound like a sector that is failing, or just beginning to flourish?

"“An automated production concept is key when scaling up and driving down cost on electrolyser technology. By utilizing the combined expertise of both companies, it will help to more quickly develop a green hydrogen technology that is competitive with fossil fuels,” said Volldal.

Nel will be compensating GM for the development work and IP transfer on an ongoing basis and pay a license after successful commercialization dependent on how much of the end product is based on GM technology."

Also, what took so long, Nel?

Boy weren't ITM and Linde years ahead, really!

Now..? Hmmm... only new information can tell us where we really stand - shorters are expecting more delay, or something similar, and we aren't hearing anything to the contrary. Nothing particularly specific to ITM, Plug are worse in that regard, and for good reason, even I can see why that would be.

Nasty suprises are unpleasant, especially when they could be revealed much earlier.

Delays are ok - it is a new industry. We are told that lessons have been learnt, and I'm sure some will agree, Linde looked pretty embarrassed, for want of a better word, and did scramble to put a good word, or four, out into the atmosphere, with some great presentations, full of detail and (cough, cough) promise. There were even pleasant suprises delivered - maybe it was all just a lovely dream..

I remain just as confident in the final outcome as I did previously.

Always knew it would be bumpy, even said so I did.

It is not the markets that keep me up at night.

Perhaps you can help me with my understanding again; genuine question, not my area; anyone can help:

Why, since mid-September of this year, has the RSI value been increasing, but the share price decreasing? Is that seen often?

I don't use these things, at my own loss no doubt, so don't even know the maths behind the RSI or anything at all really, just an intriguing sight to me.

Also, in November, we announced a 12 MW electrolyser sale, however the location and customer identity are restricted due to commercial sensitivities.

Greece perhaps.

The fundamental reason is that they see the share price going down, nothing more, it does not matter to them, one bit - you suggested similar yourself.

Sector may have gotten a bit ahead of itself, so what?
