International Medical Devices plc, the medical supply company targeting the
medical consumables, cardiorespiratory, acute and aged care markets announces
the resignation of John Butler and Matthew Root with immediate effect.

John Butler and Matthew Root both joined the board at the time of IMD's
acquisition of Response Medical in 2006.  They have resigned by mutual consent
and will remain with the Company, continuing their roles in the Devices
Division.
