Help please!!!!!

I bought in at 89p are they worth waiting for a bid, or should I get out now with what I can?.

Is anyone likely to bid for these, and what price could we expect if there were such a thing?.

Don't be such a twit that 500000 was a delayed sell and this share is more likely to be 5p than £5

I dont post very often but feel a need to put in my 2p worth.Ihave lost over £3500 in IBI over the year and felt it was time to bail out and salvage the pitance to invest more wisely in a company that makes money.IBI is just a dream and hope company with a good idea to create matketplaces, the enviroment is to tough at the moment and suspect IBI are three to five years ahead of themselves, they will run out of money well before they make a proffit and thats a shame.I love the company and the final departure of graham sadd is the final nail in the coffin for me.This is not a deramp because i wish the company all the luck .

I would imagine this time next year Infobank will be no more.

Not because someone will bid for them but they will simply cease to exist.

It appears to me that thay have had sufficient time know to ramp up revenues to a realistic level and this is simply not happening.

They are not worth bidding for to acquire circa £7 million of loss making turnover and continue to burn cash at an alrming rate which should see them run out of cash in mid 2002.

Little point at all in investing in this business as its cash value and nett asset value is reducing on a daily basis.

Somone may want to acquire the technology for a knock down price a la Boo.com but I do not see this being worth more than 5p per share.

Infobank Q1 turnover up 40 pct from Q411/05/2001 08:26:07

LONDON (AFX) - Infobank International Holdings PLC reported turnover of 1.85
mln stg for the first quarter of 2001, a rise of 40 pct compared with the fourth
quarter and over seven times higher than the 258,000 stg recorded in the first
quarter of 2000. The company, which is planning to change its name to Izodia, said deferred
income stood at 111,000 stg at March 31, and there was a further 600,000 stg of
contracted income for services not yet delivered. Pretax losses widened to 13.593 mln stg from 5.4 mln. InTrade 5, the group's next generaton B2B e-commerce trading infrastructure
software, is currently being evaluated by several prospective customers after
being formally released at the end of January. In the first quarter,
professional services accounted for 1.4 mln stg, or 76 pct of revenues, a large
proportion of which came from the TRW contract, Infobank said. It said revenues were generated mainly in the UK and Nordic regions in the
first quarter. The U.S. operation has made good progress and has an extensive
prospect list, but has yet to generate revenues from InTrade sales. Infobank said new chief executive Anthony Stepanski has taken several steps
to cut spending, including the re-shaping of the South African business, the
scaling-back of the Nordic operation, the absorption of the Proactive Solutions
consultancy and the closure of the EPL integration services business in the U.S. The effect of these measures is already beginning to show through on the
recurring quarterly expenditure. In the first quarter recurring operating costs,
excluding amortisation of goodwill and employee share-based compensation, fell
to 10.1 mln stg from 12.1 mln in the final quarter of last year. The company also announced that strategic development director David
Courtier-Dutton is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Commenting on the future, Infobank said shareholder value will be best
served by concentrating on markets with significant revenue potential, while
employing a channel strategy in the smaller markets. "It is intended to focus on tier one international markets that represent
significant revenue opportunities for Izodia and thereby accomplish meaningful
revenues at a lower level of expenditure," it said.

Cash at £75.5m, revenues up 600% year on year, 40% on Q4. Overheads continuing to reduce, Sadd gone. Dont seem too bad to me. Worth a gamble even at 80p. dyor.

Not a holder but just read the figures.....turnover under 7.5m per year, yet still has a Market Cap of 47m......still overvalued.

So has anyone seen a copy of 2000 financial document:

It is at
the UK Listing Authority,Canary Wharf, London
So why is it not available on web?, unless it is, but I found it not at Izodia

Also has anyone been able to view the streaming video presentation about the
name change ? I could only see a black screen.

Where does IBI, go from here?. If the market recovers, how far do you think this stock will go, or will the pending results hold back any movement until they have been released?.
