23/6/2016 07:31 | As you say, excellent news, we seem to be building a bigger , more diverse business. | assagai
23/6/2016 07:13 | Excellent news, looks like this is starting to gain traction . | owenski
08/6/2016 13:06 | Phil , I'm sure the future looks good. The problem has been shifting a really big stock overhand which finally looks as though it's done. | assagai
08/6/2016 12:48 | Ticking along nicely today - good news coming? | philjeans
05/5/2016 18:07 | As you say, very positive, i would recommend to the company that they emailed the link to all known shareholders. Best not keep it a secret! | assagai
05/5/2016 16:23 | Very positive noises there from BM. Next positive RNS will this see this double in a flash. | philjeans

05/5/2016 13:39 | Has anyone seen the interview Bill Mawer did with Proactive on 22nd April. Just google Bill Mawer Proactive and you'll get it. Very strong interview imo. | assagai
19/4/2016 09:56 | SP gonna still be held down by tight cash situation and lack of company confidence. But if they manage to secure a better H2, I can see this re-rating to 3-4p in the next 6 months. But this share has been a serial disappointer.... | boonkoh
19/4/2016 08:42 | Ok that's good, Cantors have moved onto the bid so maybe the very large stock overhang has now cleared (Freddies Estate's holdings). If so there is nothing much to hold the share price down now. | assagai
19/4/2016 08:27 | Agree Philjeans, the outlook does look very positive, IGE now looks much better positioned, dead weight of nuclear contract gone, concentrating on portable market is sound, increase in industrial business will bring stability. All good stuff that should lead to a profitable second half. | puffintickler
19/4/2016 08:05 | I'd given up on this company having held it ages ago. Thought it was going to go bust sooner or later. But a glance of these results show that they might be able to pull off a Houdini.... Now it makes sense why the chairman bought more shares last month! | boonkoh
19/4/2016 07:32 | Interims in line with reasonable expectations, but we are still waiting for a profit.... | puffintickler
19/4/2016 07:32 | Results satisfactory - outlook exciting. Good time to average down. | philjeans
26/2/2016 11:40 | Well done waggle, Not for retail investors - if not available to all they should not provide inside info to some that forms the basis of these type of notes. | clocktower
26/2/2016 10:21 | I will add a little moreto the company side later, but will address the infoo point now. It is a product of the crazy legislation in place. THere was/is a new brokers note available, and that contains the forecast on revenues. They would not distribute it to the meeting because it is not for circulation to Retail Investors. However i had a copy and told them quietly that I would simply read it out if they didnt give the figures. Bill Mawer agreed/did not disagree with my extrapolation that the first half would be well in excess of £1million, ie may be very neart he whole of last full year. More later. | waggle
26/2/2016 09:18 | They'll need funds at some point, dilution seems a better route at this stage than having to take on interest bearing loans. Thanks for the feedback GNM, as said, 'not out of the woods yet' but being the M.cap is 2.5m I'd argue the downside is more limited and if they make progress, then upside looks attractive. | owenski
26/2/2016 09:10 | Thanks gnn for this useful summary. Regarding items 6 and 7 being dropped - on the surface this sounds good as it avoids further dilution but does this have implications for possible problems with fundraising should this become necessary? | hoodedcrow
26/2/2016 07:15 | Current market expectations not being made available to private investors implies without a fuss is typical of the way the market is stacked against Private investors. No wonder AIM market is doing so badly. If they already have 1.7m of orders due for delivery surely another 1.0m is not much to achieve. | amt |
