15/1/2009 11:50 | Is this not good news?? "The sale of the business and assets of CardBASE will assist the group in meeting its financial obligations (including the non-group liabilities of CardBASE itself which it is estimated were approximately EUR0.65 million at completion). " | joeblogg1000
15/1/2009 10:49 | Will there be any cash to return to investors? Don't know what went wrong with Cardbase, it never fulfilled its potential, it should have done so much better with all the cash invested in it over the years. Another loss on a piddling 500k euro t/o last year is pathetic. So a price of 2.25m euro is surprising. Wonder if Sagem will be buying any other parts of the business. | rabain
15/1/2009 10:37 | Will they return cash to investors ? | jordaggy

14/1/2009 07:26 | PC honest !!!!! C'mon | lozzer1
13/1/2009 18:23 | It is really up to PCox to sort this out. I cannot understand how suddenly HMG would be demanding money in the current crisis to bring the company down? PCox if he is honest and of integrity will do his best to recover/relist asap for shareholders interest and not to benefit himself alone by bringing the company down or selling to one of his acquaintances!!! | joeblogg1000
13/1/2009 18:06 | Any of our insiders know if the accounts are being finalised? Publication of the finals for last year would be an interesting read.. | snake516
12/1/2009 16:55 | that's why they have gone.. | powwow
06/1/2009 09:02 | IF YOU LOOK AT OTHER ID CARD COMPANIES like igp, they have gone from working on 3 projects 18 months to working on 14/15 today. idd should be doing better in such a growth market. | igoe104
05/1/2009 14:07 | There is no better time for id card companies at the moment, lots of contracts worldwide, so the management have lots to answer for. | igoe104
05/1/2009 12:22 | snake that would make me very very happy indeed.............. | addersmax
05/1/2009 12:16 | Predictions for 2009 - Cox will be unable to sell ID Data and will renegotiate the debt with HMRC. Because he can't sell, the accounts will be published and the shares freed from suspension. Positive EBITDA will continue and the company will make a real profit in the coming year. The faithful will be rewarded. | snake516
28/12/2008 12:20 | Check out I think its Rabain leading IDD shareholders to the 'promised land' - i.e. Zombie Nation? And in the earlier part of the vid one can see Rosemary in blue n red doing some rave hopscotch before Peter C staggers into her space.... | bongo bwana
24/12/2008 14:09 | So whatever's left from the sale of Cardbase (about £1.35M) is not enough to pay off HMRC and allow ID Data to stay in business, so PC is still trying to sell it? If no-one buys, and ID Data remains EBITDA positive, can it dig itself out of the hole? Why does he want to sell a profitable business and could he (call me cynical) use Contis to buy ID Data?!?!? | snake516
24/12/2008 10:09 | I'm not so sure rab btu we livre in hope, have a good christmas one and all. 4S | 4shorty
24/12/2008 09:05 | £2m for cardbase looks a canny deal. There may yet be a crumb or two for us. Merry Christmas all! | rabain
24/12/2008 09:05 | Got some of these from its penny days, for my sins. CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHY ( i know the answer but would if the rest do.)When somebody like say CENTRICA want new funds they have a rights issue, how many rights issues do you see with small caps.NO. Small caps raise new money at a discount, diluting existing shareholders ,sometimes out of sight.THE BIGGER THE RISK THE MORE THE GAIN. Out there at the minute THE RISK is even great , the GAIN few and far between. BUFFETT SAYS BE GREEEDY WHEN OTHERS ARE FEARFUL. The medicine aint working YET.wdik | rhiannon
19/12/2008 11:43 | Not likely to be any christmas cheer here then. 4S | 4shorty
