The fundamentals are good here?!? Not sure about that. No cashflow. A personal £1M inject from the Boss, which wasn't enough. I hope someone can see that the positive EBITDA this month and in future months makes this company worth keeping alive. If, as the trading statement suggested, there might be some National ID Card work coming IDD's way, then they might get the cash they need. E-mailed Peter this morning to ask for an update - let's see if he has time to reply.

Any guesses as to the likely outcome, given the promise of positive EBIDTA? Is it an absolute given that the PIs have lost their money, or might we see a return to trading? Do we know why they couldn't file accounts, or is this simply a cashflow problem?

It had been planned for months. After the event I realised why the share price didn't rise even when people were buying vast quantities. The house broker knew, all the market makers knew. They'd known for months about "the plan". Ever since the day the share price took a dramatic fall and never recovered despite the business being seemingly robust. It was robust. It had a great future. But shareholders weren't going to be a part of it.

I got ripped off a few years back on LGD. I found out later that it had all been planned and the stock market knew all along. The only people who didn't were the PI mugs. But that was OK, we were just "speculators".

Commiserations holders. I remember when these were twenty something pence, must have been six or seven years ago, when I first started dabbling on shares. I lost money on them, then made some back if I recall. Then it dawned on me that for shareholders, this company was just one big long drawn-out con.

Is no problem?? Not paid auditors I suppose, or, think it is worth a short suspension to be able to mention the fact that they are in positive ebibta in the next statement. Happens all the time. Will probably get an extension anyway.
The statement does say they expect pos eb in the coming year and the coming MONTH. Stop flapping girls.

eh, are you blind. The only reason why accounts cannot be produced on time is because they have no money and are looking to sell their remaining assets. They are finished as a public company and will go private.
