23/9/2010 09:24 | point taken jw, all the signs were there however i bought in on the KHV results which were fantastic and would still have bought in even if the offices were a bit iffy sad fact is that when guys running an AIM company want to fleece the pi's they can, and quite easily go bust wipe out all liabilities and start up next day with a brand new company all the assets and a big smile, makes the rogue builders look like amatuers AK is scum pure and simple | kishka

23/9/2010 08:37 | tilton James has it and he will give it you.Kishka I know I was asked to participate in the most recent placing which I declined to do. I am aware that the company might well have been set up as a result of other discussions here. On other matters Ian Pardoes IP was very good, "smart science" The problem was not Ian it was most certaiunly Knight who refused to listen to anyone time after time and yet still ends up with the IP. My question would be if he is only prepared to pay a pittance for the IP how could he justify asking the market not 2 months earlier for the same amount but for only a fraction of the interest?? | ant15
23/9/2010 08:30 | ant15, it seems that dawnglow was set up specifically as a vehicle for the transfer of HML's assets. | kishka
23/9/2010 08:28 | The Confidentiality Agreement means little in the context of wrongdoing by the Directors. If you know something I would speak, if at a later date it's found that you knew something but didn't say, do you thing a court of law is going to be bothered by a Confidentiality Agreement. | jack1236
