jack1236............refer to posts 5752, 5759 and 5760 re Madison Animal Health and filing of charge or mortgage. Am still trying to get to the bottom of that. Its difficult. I think that the last two days posts, and the appearance of Mike Dunne and the ex employee have rattled a few cages!! Seems nobody wants to talk very much about HML, or what is/has been going on anymore!! Just as an aside Mike if you are still about; You mention that Andrew Knight and yourself are old friends. Does this friendship pre date HML, and did you have any other business association or dealings with him prior to HML?

In case anyone is interested, the administration formally made it into the London Gazette yesterday



It appears, contrary to the RNS of 27th August, that indeed Madison Animal Health hasn't gone into administration. Apparently at that date it was a "wholly owned subsidiary" of HML.

As HML is still listed (even though suspended) can I suggest that the Administrator releases an urgent RNS to clarify the situation, as this seems to be of fundamental interest to shareholders in HML? The AIM rules remain in place whether suspended, or in administration, or not....

Just to reiterate, the 27th August (date of suspension) RNS said:

"Pursuant to the procedures in part 2 of The Insolvency Rules, 1986, a notice of intention to appoint an administrator by the Directors of the Company, was filed this afternoon in court. This notice covers Henderson Morley plc, as well as its wholly owned subsidiaries Henderson Morley Research and Development Ltd, and Madison Animal Health Ltd."

According to Companies House, as at 30.4.09 Madison was dormant. Then on 4th August 2010 it registered a mortgage/charge at Companies House.

Also according to CH, Madison isn't a subsidiary of HML at all - instead it's jointly owned by Knight and Pardoe, and as far as I can see has never been a subsidiary of HML.

Madison is also based at HML's address.

Or to put it another way.... "W T F is going on????"

write to me via email if you want regarding what you think IP finanically did wrong which resulted in shareholders losing all there money because of false claims made by HML.i will add your comments to my complaint to the GMC..

tonyhicken - tks. what do we suggest that has to be done. Is this a collective process, whereas we should form a group and then address with the GMC.

Not sure why the big holders here are refraining themselves from taking a lead and saying " hey guys lets put a lid on this issue".

if any shareholder is interested i know we have lost our hard earned money but we may have one outlet to complain and that is via the GMC regarding IP..
under there rules regarding IP being a doctor... below is the link which clearly states such person working under the GMC that they must not( behaved dishonestly in financial matters)
