Sadly for shareholders they will be in no hurry to realise value within the stated 12-18month window. I just hope that all the long term holders here can put this behind them and move on to better things.

Unbelievable. You guys have been screwed by the company, brokers and administrator. And TW' company has the advisor. That Idiot can damage anyones wealth.
The fraud by the directors and the lack of checks by AIM Market brokers and advisors is unreal.
Will make one heck of a UK movie storyline
Make sure you carry on and get justice one way or another.

DISPOSAL OF ASSETS

The Administrators of the Company, Craig James Povey, Kevin Anthony Murphy,
Kenneth William Touhey of Chantry Vellacott DFK, have reported that the assets
of the Company and Henderson Morley Research & Development Limited, including
Patents, laboratory equipment, office equipment and furniture, were sold
following their appointment on 8 September to Dawnglow Limited, a company of
which Andrew Knight and Ian Pardoe are directors and shareholders. Andrew Knight
and Ian Pardoe are former directors of Henderson Morley plc.

The consideration for the sale was GBP105,000 for the Patents and GBP15,000 for
the laboratory equipment, office equipment and furniture. In addition, a further
amount of consideration may be payable - this equates to 25% of any revenues
generated in respect of the Patents in the first 12 months and 10% of any
revenues in the following 6 months.

To be honest, as you said yourself, you were a millionaire and Andy probably just saw you as another PI like myslef, dutch, pranch, ajax & OB to be royally screwed.

I think Tom's note should now be used by PI's to kick off investigations into AK / IP / Brewins / CP and the auditors.

Hopefully IP will be struck off soon. The poor lady who was involved in bloodgate lost her livelihood for a much lower offence.

We need to put pressure on IP and AK to come up with some sort of settlement to the shareholders for their losses

Well the TW note just reinforces what some of us were saying in the months leading up to this debacle, that the directors purchase of stock was a case of "the emperors new clothes" with their drawings exceeding by some margin the amounts being reinvested in the companies stock within their SIPPs and for which they would have been claiming tax relief at the higher rate of 40% until April 5th 2010.

Don't forget that Brokers and advisers should have indemnity insurance.
There might be a possibilty to claim on it if we can get an action group together.

Names/shareholdings etc.

There is a lot of digging that needs to be done,

I have been lied to big style
sale of ICTV was obviously never going to happen, KMS pay over 1 million when they were looking to raise 10 million from venture capitalists to be able to fund purchase, HML has been run for the good of the directors not the shareholders.
I do know a few more bits that I don't want to publish at this time, if we are off to war we don't want the enemy knowing our battle plan

Hopefully the proverbial "hornets nest" will have been activated.

There is lots to come out, let's hope that TW's article will spur others on to come forward.

I didn't think we would be able to make much progress without a lead, but that is a great start.

I would like to see all dealings prior to fundraisings looked into. I wouldn't be surprised to see who some of the sellers were.

It might be worth a day out to Birmingham, and a visit to Moseley.

They certainly did, and are not without blame in my eyes of being party to PI's being misled, albeit they claim to have been lied to. But if TW now wants to turn "Queens Evidence", I will turn a blind eye to what went before.
