H&T Group plc, the UK's largest pawnbroker and a leading retailer of new and pre-owned jewellery and watches, announces that Simon Walker, Chairman of H&T Group plc, today purchased 9,965 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 387p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction his beneficial holding is now 30,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.068% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
