Looks VERY LIKELY SALE RNS THIS FRIDAY A REAL POSSIBILITYCorrect THICK TONYWhy would anybody want to trade an obvious takeover?Might just be days away from announcement, certainly only weeks. The suddenly required LTIP resolution mods, notes 8/9 make that rather obvious.

Held for 3 years + now adding like crazyI find it intriguing that the top 2 shareholders, with around 27% held solid for over 3 years, no material change, started to buy in the millions a couple of months as go, immediately after the company 2nd buyback program completed.. Now at around 32%. I like that, Atino. The banking scandal showed that "balancing the books" is an invention. Sovereign countries aren't like mortals. They can borrow as much as the markets will lend them and that's based on past experience - just like a credit score. We can borrow to get out of this mess to an almost limitless extent. Let's hope we do so.

No change of mind, pressure is falling across the field and at a higher rate than they would want I understand. Its why they want to install ESP's. Its why they said they would do so nearly 4 years ago. However what you have to ask yourself is why your cheap and off the shelf ESP's haven't been deployed. And there's the big problem. Pressure and production continues to fall and they haven't been able to address it.

BigDog, unless his followers are medically certified idiots (which actually is a worthy topic), you can see from the Sinking Feeling book that not only have some of them well determined Waterhouse to be a crass pretender whose "analysis" and "expert views" basically meant getting his sphincter pummelled by Todd Kozel, the fact that they have not identified themselves here is testament that they are so embarrassed and ashamed to have ever been one of his grunt spinners the the best they hope for in all of this is to walk away with evaporated wealth but at least remain as anonymous as they can.

They will end up like MikeyAdmin. Didn't listen to people telling him that all he was doing was wasting his time on L2.. accumulation theories etc. Usually people don't wade in for more than 20% ADV maximim and it's sensitive so they try to reduce their footprint. He was staring into the entire L2 data.. and essentially this was sad but not a bad way to go. Doing something he still believed in.

The funny case with Waterhouse, Hills, Carroll and the other muppets is they're clearly not enjoying their wealth evaporating and being so obviously thick about everything: Kozel, Shaikan, porosity, OIP, Exxon, Far East, NEDs, production, operations, takeover, restructure, takeover, poison pill, takeover, takeover, takeover 😉

No livelihood, no joy left, just a slave to ramping and spamming on the blogs, all they have left are multiple usernames that reinforce their imploded reputations. Fake-title-holder Robert Waterhouse, Paul Carroll, David Hills, Soraya Derdiri are all in the firing line of Fate.

I really liked these two proposed amendments to LTIP:

5.5 Early Measurement of Performance Condition
In the event that the Performance Condition is required to be assessed prior to the end of the period over which it was originally intended to be assessed the Committee may make such assessment on the basis of such information (not limited to published audited accounts) as it determines to be appropriate.

5.6 Retesting
The Performance Condition may not be retested.
