"And what I've just been told" "GoatCam does it again" "Will they tell you ??? "Probably not.

They already told the whole world about on the 23rd of April Oilman.

If you were to read what the company tells you you'd know about these things at the same time as the rest of us and not months later.

That goatcam network that's just told you about it is pretty useless isn't it.

Oilman - "And what I've just been told watch out for bad news on SH12"

Connect the dots. Do the sums. Coronavirus. Try to keep up Oilman.

40,000 - 4,000 = 36,000.

"The deferral of that activity is the main reason production rates from the field are reduced, with current production at c.36,000 bopd."

10th December - "The first well of the drilling campaign, SH-12 came onstream on 13 November. During commissioning, the well produced at rates up to 4,600 bopd, in line with expectations and is currently producing at c.4,000 bopd."

21st January - "Current production rates from the field at c.40,000 bopd."

23rd April - "In November 2019, we completed the drilling of SH-12 and brought the well on-stream with an electrical submersible pump ("ESP"). This well was perforated in the deeper Butmah reservoir to test the response from that zone, and the main SAM reservoir remains to be perforated. The deferral of that activity is the main reason production rates from the field are reduced, with current production at c.36,000 bopd."

And:-

"the new SH-12 well has been perforated so as to test the Butmah formation, which is considerably deeper than the SAM reservoir. The company have prioritised this appraisal work over pure SAM production development."

No FDP.

No CPR.

No Takeover.

No Farm in.

No shares cancelled.

No more buybacks anytime soon.

No re start of the work program for a very long time.

The company has let go the majority of the Kurdish staff.

Payments defaults and uncertainty within company statement.

And what I've just been told watch out for bad news on SH12 !

I think you are confusing me with Robert Waterhouse aka Walter Mitty.

Somebody that was warned off by Gulfs lawyers.

Oilman, who was long ago identified by the management as a time waster and blanked accordingly, asked another bunch of fool questions on this board this morning.

Two of them were on the subject of ESP's and why they haven't been fitted yet:-

"Can you explain why you didn't attempt to do workovers on any of the PF2 connected wells while you had the workover rig or are you waiting to fit pumps ???"

"Can you explain what the delay in fitting the pumps was before shutdown ???"

Bigdog, who is also a bonehead can't understand it either and thinks it's because it's "one of the issues".:-

"the real issue is why haven't they installed the ESP's? And there lays one of the issues."

The reason they weren't and haven't been installed couldn't be more simple and has already been explained to the Market.

HYR 10/09/19.

"The workover campaign to install electrical submersible pumps ("ESPs") in existing wells has been moved into 2020 to coincide with the availability of new permanent facilities being installed as part of the 55,000 bopd expansion programme. These facilities will allow the wells to be cleaned-up more effectively when the ESPs are installed."

Ops Update 21/01/20.

"Debottlenecking and facility upgrades remain on schedule."

Then on 16/03/20:-

"As a result, certain construction activities related to the expansion to 55,000 bopd have also been suspended until circumstances improve."

Ops Update 24/03/20.

"While we were on track to deliver the expansion to 55,000 bopd in Q3 2020, flexibility is the order of the day and as such, beyond our existing commitments, we have suspended further expansion activity until conditions improve."

So there we are, the workovers and installation of the pumps would be carried out in 2020 once the new equipment that will allow the wells to be cleaned-up more effectively when the ESPs are installed had arrived on site.

But activities related to the 55kbpd expansion were then suspended because of the coronavirus situation.

And man do those wells need cleaning up. They haven't seen any work done on them since they were drilled and are now bunged up with 10 years worth of crud.

Once we get back to work they'll be worked over, cleaned up, fitted with their new ESPs and restored to health.

"You don't do "figure of speech" or understand "figuratively speaking" do you old chap?"

What I call it Broadford is a troll deliberately misrepresenting what the Chief Operations Officer has said in a cack handed attempt to put a negative spin on it and attribute something to him that he didn't say.

Agree Thick TonyNo the AGM is tomorrow.rubber stamping as votes will be known already, proxies through to Computershare yesterday latest. Didn't bother voting myself. If the sale isn't announced, I would expect another buyback to Treasury as its the most profitable thing to do pre Sale. However if no cancellation of any of the existing Treasury stock, expect a hostile bid, as without cancellation, it must be being used as a hostile takeover protection.
