OWENSKI - You need to read this paragraph carefully

The Joint Administrators do not anticipate that there will be any return from the administration for the shareholders of Globo Plc, and therefore they consider that it is appropriate that the securities are cancelled.

That doesn't mean that there is no return for shareholders, it says that the company will not be listed again. I suspect that there will be funds and a special return will be made to shareholders, probably 2p in the £1. once these vultures have taken their money

The blame clearly lies with Grant Thornton who have been negligent and this is to who i have turned to to get my money returned.

People would listen to you loverat if idiots like you provided clear facts and balance sheet discussion on why this or any company is in a good position, not trying to discrete those who highlight the facts with evidence. If you still think a company can go into administration where all shareholders have been wiped out from the hand of shareprophets and shorters you have a mental illness. We know this anyway but the extent to which it has seeped into your brain is beyond belief. The company, the accounts, anyone not blinded can see this and it doesn't even require a rocket scientist. It's NOT the company that decided to trade there. The company had no say. It's just market makers over there doing what they do.. trying to make money. They allow US buyers to buy the stock... which the US market makers arbitrage through UK listed stock.

GBO had no obligations to the US market.

It would only have done so IF they had IPO'd there via a listing.

US listing ? dont you mean it was just traded there ? it had no US listing
