I doubt very much you have been in touch with the 'Sheriff'. And if you have I suspect he has probably been advised to stay well clear of you.

But if he has indulged your fantasies, please provide him with all the details of case HQ07X03076 - the case you keep insisting I was part of.

Perhaps he could get his wannabe lawyer friend on the case. You know, the one who has 'bully boy' lawyers quaking in their boots with threats to report them to the Law Society.

(Sold out of Globo in Jan 2013 since I didnt like the ratio of receivables/annual sales.....clients not paying....ie. risk of false sales numbers)

( 1 poster held Globo and EROS, ouch !! not me ( I had some EROS briefly before moved listing to USA)

How do we know he didn't?

You raise a good point, was he present at the board meeting or attended via speakerphone?

I guess the chips were down and he had no choice but to admit the wrongdoing, the evidence was becoming overwhelming, and he had already sold £ millions worth of stock.

It will be interesting to know where he is in the world and if he is in a jurisdiction where he can be brought to justice or not!

I suspect he might have done his homework on that.

I am not sure whether Costis attended the Board meeting on the 24th in person but he did tell the Board that there were falsifications in the data and about the share sales. I would have thought if he was a real bad guy he would just have disappeared without saying a thing. Perhaps the cash flow problems were a result of the financial crisis in Greece and elsewhere and he was hoping he would be able to sort it out eventually.

Young expanding companies usually need the support of their shareholders for a lengthy period until they become cash flow positive. May be I am being too generous- but why did he not just disappear?

I remember you from the QPP threads as a supporter of RT & an attacker of those who called it a fraud - see the posts copied below. Seems you were doing much the same at GBO & got burnt again.

Until you are prepared to do some research, LISTENING PARTICULARLY TO THOSE WHO HAVE AN OPPOSITE VIEW TO YOUR OWN, you REALLY should stay away from AIM.

Did you learn nothing from the QPP fiasco? Listen to your own advice & use some common sense.

im saying (QPP) based on PE valuations at 45p the stock was not overly valued and at current levels the company is very undervalued. Im not creating BB argument im just stating the facts based on PE. Common sense does play a role in investing not emotions...

For those who haven't followed the QPP saga there was a 15/1 share consolidation after this post. 45p pre-consolidation translates to 675p! The shares currently move in the 95-100p range.
