No report yet from Administrators - it may be some weeks yet.

De-listed today.

Have shareholders had a full report from the administrators explaining exactly what went wrong and why, and who might be culpable?

It's kind of perverse to think that they were actually on to something before time/money ran out.

Doesn't look like everyone has gone. This chap had a similar role as Globo. Now stating Sourcebits.

BBC 2 now. Is this about costis. A millionaire who ends up running a fish & chip shop. Or should it be the other way around.

Also very supine have been the continuing directors

I would have expected injunctions, applications for passports to be surrendered etc etc

The lack of info coming from the company and authorities is amazing. I guess he has done a runner, plastic surgery, new passport etc etc, but no one seems to know anything

The main issue is the question of the cash stated in the audited accounts to be in bank accounts

Could be something like the Globo contract had a nominal value of £7m, but the goals to trigger that payment would never be hit. Can't imagine a local authority spending such a significant sum on Go Enterprise. Would allow them to headline the contract value, but MK is never out of pocket. Perhaps a FoI request to get the info.

Do you know if Milton Keynes council paid anything for the Go Enterprise software? I'd have imagined they were a pilot development, and got it for nothing. If that was the cases, their losses will probably be very low.

Presumably companies that have made a big investment in Go Enterprise like Milton Keynes council will have absolutely no support going forwards. They will have to write off the investment. Unless there is a buyer of the product. What a mess.

You're just clutching at straws. The settled class action is for peanuts and only relates to US ADR holders due to a breach in certain federal security laws. It does not benefit any UK shareholders. Costis has vanished and so has the money and you wont get anything out of Grant Thornton either. You just never learn.

Costis I'm sure, WILL NOT and CANNOT let this latest fraudulent, libellous sham of an American Company attempt to destroy a thriving and innovative product/Company that is Globo. America is the most litigious country in the world, they invented 'Ambulance chasing' let this work in our favour.

I think this says it all; Below is Ennismores' opening statement on their web page. Even this unscrupulous, 'loan shark' 'one trick pony' Company are convinced that Globo ARE destined for a phenomenal future .. Thanks Ennismore for your irrefutable qualification and support in our blossoming world beater..GLOBO!!!!!!! Unless of course you're a 'bunch of lying hypocritical city pigs' not yet satiated. Straight from the pigs mouth!!! Those who doubt now .. Move on and let me buys your shares. Please.

Calm down guys ... It's the SAME SAFE STRONG company .. Only things that have changed are obvious global events and the uncertainty of the bond issue.. The worst thing to do now is PANIC!!!!! you run, not walk In to the shorters hands.. Have the confidence you had when you bought.. 29th is only a few weeks away.. More good results guaranteed

Anytime now.. The shorters will keep trying.. As someone said before .. Please stay SHORTERS! I want to see you grovel. You cannot hold back progress in a 'Rock Solid Company' Eventually, as in PPI 'rate fixing 'sub- prime' markets.. Some smart legal firm will make billions in sueing these 'bottom feeders' that have 'rigged' the markets for personal greed, not as falsely claim "for investors gain"
