Looking at the Plus site today those two 500k sales the other day are now appearing in brackets but there are none round the other trades and the brackets only appeared today. Anyone know why that would be?

Volume has been picking up recently on the PLUS markets so as soon as this overhang has cleared the re-rating should be swift leading to a sharp increase in the share price.

I think that was the sale figure saf rather than cash in hand now. I believe they had about £1.1mill cash and £700k owing to them at the interims.

Hope so digging. Being fairly new here and just doing a bit of research I was also quite pleased to see the board holding quite a good stake in the company as that's always reassuring as well as reducing the number of shares available on the market.

i agree gant but when they are gone we will see a big upside 2.7 mill cash and recent acquisition is profit making 120k last year and now will be well integrated into pinnacle.acquisitions and growth.a spiritel/stp in the making.

Trouble is someone appears to be selling on the back of any buys. 2 x 500k trades at .08 have followed within minutes of buy trades this morning. Until they are clear it's going to hold the price back

Yeh Gatenbrink, nice to see it tick up but unfortunately like you say sellers can really crucify this one. Let's hope most holders are happy for mid term, give it a chance to grow.

Aha it was done while I was typing but was enough to move the price up. Would be nice to think they are running short of shares. Hopefully there will not be any sellers to accommodate them at these sort of levels

Interesting that I could buy no more than 100,000 on an open trade this morning. I put in a limit order for 500,000 at .10 but as yet it is unfilled.

No Vince, I'm sure it won't be spam. I am happy to also sit on my investment, I expect this one to come good when the time is right. I am not in a hurry and will be happy to wait and see what develops. Like you if it doesn't do well then quite simply it wasn't to be. Time will tell. With regards to Graham Duncan I have read very positive reports about him. He too lost with Atlantic. The news is how you view it.
I'll be sorry to not see you post here for a while.

I hope not as my experience of consolidations has not been good. I've been involved in about 3 or 4 compnies now where there's been a consolidation only to see the price slide towards the pre-consolidation price usually accompanied by share issues and dilution along the way.

Amount of shares in issue 1,194 million. I think a consolodation is very likely. Anyone else have any thoughts on the matter.

Oh yes i agree but it should work both ways regarding the price ! But i know that it does not particularly do much at these levels . Anyway its just a moan !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sit and wait or from my armed forces days "watch and wait-watch , watch wait-fire!" Lets hope the target is fat and juicy when it pops-up . Even just 1p would make me very happy .

What do you expect Vinny - there are over 929,000,000 shares in issue - 3 million might be a big number but will not impact on this business.

yes very interesting movement . my purchase of 3 mil on Monday did jack s...t to the price and on the same day another 1.5 mil were bought doing nothing to the price . so we get some sells and the stock is marked down . still things are hopefully now in motion and the stock is attracting punters in which i include myself . trading year ends this month and figures will be reported end of the year . prior to that the company may make some positive statements and the share mags and daily financial columns may write something positive ( who knows - the mail often writes about stock that whoes value is not that too different from this one ) The main effect is and is only the progress of the company and time will tell .My buying in this stock has ended for the moment and may now not add anymore . got enough now .

A disappointing drop seemingly fuelled by about £400 worth of sells. Seems very odd looking at money in the bank and the amount of buys recently. Picked up another 250k at .09.

Looks like a couple of sells today, 1million shares @ 0.5p and 600,000 @ 0.7p, doesn't take much to knock this share price down considering the amount of buying we've seen lately.
