Just looked at minerva. Goodness, there was a lot of traffic on it earlier on the lse site. I wish I looked earlier. I hope you get your £1.60 share price

Vince - I'll take a peak at Minerva but definately not buying anything else. LOL.
I was looking at the TRP thread this morning and someone tipped ttx, I looked and it was plus 118% and thought nice, it's now over 263% increase.

Picked-up 10,000 Minerva at 122p T10 worth a few days punt . Need to push some sellers out today and hope for some good follow-up comment tomorrow morning then all being equal OUT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Vince, don't think you're a mug for NNG. You're holding at 0.9 but remember if someone buys it out you should make your increase. It's just a waiting game, is the AGM not today? I think Wig is going so hopefully we get some feedback.

I don't normally bet on horses but if your pals horse is running again I will take a small punt on it so let me know.

Camping was nice, apart from the hour that my daughter spent screaming as she wanted to go home. Managed to distract her with some stickers and that was her happy. She slept like a log all night and didn't wake up till 9am.

Some shares flying today, unfortunately none of mine. Although Ult has been creeping up over last 2 trading days. I may be in the blue soon if that happens. At one point I held a 26% increase in it and lost it, knowing what I know now I should have banked it. Anyhow fingers crossed for next time.

The horse was having its 2nd race only and seemingly dwelt at the stalls and missed the break . Its out of a Group 1 winner Soviet Song a very very fast horse . I had £100 E/W ( !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ) at 8/1 . Will follow it as they have high expectations of this horse . Just a few years ago i followed 1 of his horses call La Syphile and made just over £4,000 that year . Another one is called McOrville named after the pub in the village i live in which you may recall i have a 20% interest in . Its injured at present and will be out next year again .
GLN a sell it seems at 0.058 of 150,000
Currently running with MDX and your share of the year ( !!!! ) NNG . Guess i am another mug ?

Hi Vince, I agree that too many people live in the past. I believe no emotion is called for. Know your entry point, know your stop loss and don't get greedy, take profits when you have them.

At the moment I'm in COO, WLW, IVE, TRP, ULT, RVD, PRTY, GLN, GMG, NNG and CMR. Don't plan on investing any more till I see some returns.

Markets are crazy at the moment and like you say, lot's of things just don't make sense.

I do think you may be right about my confidence taking a knock, I just feel that everything is so unpredictable at the moment and that makes me feel uneasy.

I'm glad you're doing okay.

Sold my 420,000 at .60 this morning and make a modest profit of £900 , sold 50,000 BLNX and made a modest profit £250 , i hold 11,000 meldex but bought 20,000 on a T-10 and hope to turn a profit . The message boards are quite misleading in that i and most others just don`t have clue and that is because there are too many variables outside our control and others we have no knowledge of !!! Just look at IVE and NNG . The best way to be is have forced "short-term memory loss" and just forget the past ! When you are out your out even if you have sold minutes before a take-over ! Once you are out then the shares and you have no relationship !! some people dwell on it . They want in and once in they want out and once out they want in !!!! It just goes on and on !!!!!!!!! Some ogf the current stories seem good BLNX , MDX ( bid is a good punt ) BARC and BDEV and these type of stocks will recover with all things being equal . But they do not excite the spirit !!!!!!!!!!!!
I think you are having a tough time of it lately and it effects possibly your general confidence which is most of the BATTLE . Have a look at Meldex . I deal via J and M Finn and Co the largest independent broker in the U.K. as i am told . However the down side is i pay for deals done on my behalf i.e. EME i bought and sold and charges were in excess of £ 500 !!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Vince. Well done. How cool having you on the board.
Well my news, I feel like crying just now. As you know I have a paper loss of 95% on NNG. Read a rumour of a takeover bid this afternoon. Checked price was at 0.20. Thought about buying in again then thought no, I really can't throw any more money at it. Looked again up 25%. Paused to consider thought no. Looked one last time before I went out, up 65%. Thought no I've missed the boat. Went out for an hour, came back and it's bloody up 140%. No no no no !!!!!!!
I hate this, I'm no good at it. As soon as I buy bloody prices stop climbing, when I don't they go through the roof.
Anyhow at least I've got a nice new haircut to console myself with.
Bloody stock market.

I have 200,000 in IVE . GLN i think will do well but the key is not to be greedy
Take the money when you can even if they subsequently go up after a sale . Bank the money .

Made some cash out of MDX and BDEV and bought again into GLN . Still aiming for a holding at 10,000,000 + At worst they will go better at the time of their results in a few months time . A stock like this can break above 1 to 2 p in the same day . Its not without some reason that their losses will be reduced and a statement on trading ( hopefully good ) will be made . This will attract attention .

Went to the Village Ball !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! uuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrgggggggg Got so drunk .

Next event is the Motor Show and then the Polo .

What have you been doing ?

As for standing back from the market i would agree .

Oh Vince, did you see what happened to NNG this morning. That's twice in the last month. I think it is now a dead duck in the water.
Well at least my webpage is up and running so at last something has went right. I have it uploaded and everything (just need to redesign it as the design was rushed, also need to work on the meta tags for google to find it easier).
How is your trading going today? I'm thinking about sticking my head in the sand for a while to see if that helps. LOL. Hope you are well.

Well you never know what you may be doing in the future and a trip to London is not that expensive . If GLN works out we will both make very good money we can have a " GLN Club " !!!!!!!!!!!!! I will bring my family up to Glasgow ( i still have a passport which will cover me entering Scotland ! )I know i know its a cheap dig (sorry) but we need to keep the North_South tension going .
