28/11/2012 15:11 | Cheers nw99. Didn't know that. He's certainly more astute than me so can't be bad. He'll have paid less than me, that's for sure! Only a couple of pence, mind, so all is well. The thing had to turn eventually... :-) | hezza123
28/11/2012 15:00 | Yes and I know hear from another chat room EVIL K has bought the stock today . certainly bodes well | nw99
28/11/2012 14:35 | Aye, nice to see some buying here for a change. 100k director purchase certainly breeds a bit of confidence. :-) | hezza123

26/11/2012 11:54 | Nice director purchase just been announced. NAV discount approaching 30%: | hezza123
25/10/2012 02:20 | Most action was on the buy side 24/10. Looks like 21K sells against 115K buys approx. | timtom2
24/10/2012 13:45 | Listen to the last half of this MP3. He's absolutey correct imo. Not easy to call the bottom but I think it is very close and will turn. Patience needed but worth waiting. Have added a few more. | timtom2
05/10/2012 14:58 | Very difficult to call the bottom of the market. If Ausgold coms good it will help compensate to some degree. | timtom2
05/10/2012 09:45 | good FT article re price of U - todays edition - search for Fukushima | tonsil
05/10/2012 09:19 | Of course it can go a lot lower. Look at the Ur prices before the 2005 spike. | knobbly
04/10/2012 16:03 | september was 45p then versus a 32p share price can this go lower? ? | tonsil

01/10/2012 13:42 | 27.4% using NAV as of 25th Sep. | dasv
24/9/2012 08:38 | Listen to the Marin Katusa section of this podcasy wrt Uranium. Have heard similar elsewhere via a couple of other sources. If Ausgold can perform then GCL will be buoyant 2013-4 with a possible move to start sooner as the message sinks in. What the discount to NAV now? | timtom2
20/9/2012 22:42 | Hard to fathom those people. Aus gold also finished funding round and ready for the geo mag work. They have a lot going for them and could make a NAV difference. | timtom2
20/9/2012 17:16 | Updte - Japan. Interesting developments. They are speculating that the phasing out is currently more about votes/election winning than the real economics, concerns etc. around nuclear. Surely that can't be the case with honourable politicians in Japan...... and not only that.... A day after announcing on Friday that they will phase out their reliance on nuclear power by 2040, Japan has confirmed that it intends to continue construction of three new nuclear power plants, two in northern Japan, one further south. dyor etc..... | energiser01
19/9/2012 13:09 | testing times for holders - am starting to think about doubling up if i can get an insight into a value 'bottom'. consolation info Net asset value as at 14.09.2012 of Geiger Counter Ltd ordinary no par value shares (TIDM: GCL): NAV-bid........... : 46 GBp | tonsil
16/9/2012 16:11 | Huh... looks promising for Uranium spot prices going forward then. Looks like many of the holdings of GCL haven't moved much in the market madness of last week. On the one hand, with many commodities rocketing and becoming more expensive, Uranium looks like a more economical power source, on the other hand the input costs for many uranium miners will have just gone up a fair amount with oil shooting upward. I'm still optimistic though and will probably stick some GCL in the ISA; where I tend to keep more dividend/income stocks that I plan on holding for medium-long term. | chillwill
14/9/2012 20:36 | Another saying the same sort of thing. It might be very near the bottom | p1nkfish
14/9/2012 17:28 | Uranium Miners Breakout: Prepare For A Supply Shortfall And Price Spike | tonsil
31/8/2012 18:29 | At least one of the ncim/qcs crew is a non exec of ausgold so should have clear view on its investment merits.. Dyor etc | energiser01 |
