GLR has the option to increase its ownership of Concordia from 51% to ~75% with the issuance of 30 million shares to Shirley Hayes it is that owns the other half. This is the maximum allowed for a foreign company in South Africa. The net result is that GLR will very likely own 75%.So, things are now starting to move and it's looking exciting. If the perfect scenario were to play out this year it would look like the following:1) Shareprice continues to make gains to the 5-10p range over the course of the next couple of months.2) Drill results come back positive (i.e. confirming the historical data and recent geophysics) - decent intercepts at 0.5-1% Cu. Or drill results surpass expectations (pockets of high grade)Then we could see a re-rate to 20p+. 3) Then I'd like to see it holding and making gradual gains to the 30-40p range as more drill results and geophysics comes back over the course of the summer autumn.4) Trade sale at 100% premium to the close price of 50p on December 15th 2017 ownership of Concordia from 51% to ~75% with the issuance of 30 million shares to whoever it is that owns the other half. That gives me confidence that good news will come hence why the directors want more shares. At the end of the day they are not working for the love of it. Colin is worth every penny a veteran and has many contacts to sell this down the line of Concordia comes good. I wouldn't want anyone else than Colin as captain a copper master. He sold kiwara for $280 so we have plenty more bags to go as things warm up!!!
