10/7/2009 16:07 | Seller @ 46p ? | overmars
09/7/2009 16:29 | 3 mill at 45p from 2 years ago sound like a trader to you? | patviera
09/7/2009 13:53 | patviera..you sound like trader. | overmars
09/7/2009 08:04 | It will come for sure Pat, we just need to have a bit of patience as we came in at the bottom so to speak and any good news will take us too the next level before the traders can get in and create the volatility we don't need! | trojan
08/7/2009 18:36 | trojan...agreed feels like we are stuck in this 30-40p range for quite a while yet....only some good news over leases or some good trading over crucial sept/oct period will cause a breakout from 40p...heres hoping!!! | patviera
08/7/2009 16:53 | I would like to see a small profit, but would prefer to be a bit more cautious at this early stage as there is no need to get too carried away with high expectations!! This is a good solid long term hold imo. | trojan
08/7/2009 16:39 | trojan...are you going for small profit at half year? I heard bubb from pali is cautious and says trading been tough? only his opinion and he is a bear of retailers(22p gfrm I think) | patviera
07/7/2009 16:01 | No problem Pat, your original question was about expectations on the half year figures and not the SP! ;) I think I made a comment about the old MFI units on here some time back, but they will not be appropriate I would have thought for stand alone Howdens imo. | trojan
07/7/2009 15:14 | sorry...It will still be 2010 before we start seeing some big changes on the number front and it this share price ...thought meant in...i obviously made error!!!dont mean to be hard work just misunderstood your post..lol!!! | patviera
07/7/2009 13:41 | LOL Pat, at times you really are hard work!!!! If was not going to rise for 6 months I would sell out make a mint elsewhere and then re-buy 3 times as many for the same money!!!! Over 6 months I would expect to see the share price hit 47/48p with the bigger moves coming in towards the end of H1 2010, but we shall see as it is all guess work for now, although we already know that this share can go over 100p! ;) | trojan
07/7/2009 12:55 | so ure not expecting the price to rise over next 6 months?...why dont they build a depot on sites where they own the mfi leases? | patviera
07/7/2009 10:24 | On a more serious note, I'm not expecting any fireworks at all and I would like to think that they are starting to see a small pick up in sales as the worst of it is now behind them. Not sure about opening new depots yet as it may be a bit too soon, but if they can get cheap commercial property now and save money in the long term then it makes sense. It will still be 2010 before we start seeing some big changes on the number front and it this share price I still believe it is a good entry point for a min 3 bagger in 12/18 months!! | trojan
07/7/2009 08:44 | A brand new fully fitted kitchen for free! ;) | trojan
06/7/2009 18:55 | trojan..what are you looking for in gfrm half yearly update? | patviera
29/6/2009 09:21 | Yes, but they may well be concentrating on the high street as well as out of town! I would not be surprised to see one or two retailers sniffing around at the leases very soon, as there is no doubt that things have turned already, but just at a very low pace imo. | trojan
28/6/2009 18:03 | trojan...is that good news on front pages of papers?supermarkets looking for land sites? we need to offload these onerous leases. | patviera
22/6/2009 16:26 | damn mr obermars correctly reminds me that bday was thurs!!! oh dear dont tell wife | patviera
22/6/2009 16:03 | Thanks Pat. Markets are a bit dire, but the drop here is way oversold imo!! | trojan
22/6/2009 15:15 | trojan....thx and many happy returns to you...ive bought some more gfrm at 31.5 as getting oversold. | patviera
22/6/2009 13:03 | Tree shake? | nkhs
22/6/2009 10:43 | Hope your Daughter had a good day Pat? Shares the same days as me then eh!!!!;) Hoping to see a close this week around 35.5/36.5p, but it seems to have all gone a bit quiet. | trojan
18/6/2009 17:52 | My daughters bday 2mrw!!!! | patviera
18/6/2009 16:41 | Sorry Pat, lot's going on!! :( I have to be honest and say that I don't expect it to have much impact on the share price at the moment, we have seen a bit of drifting in the price over the last few day's after what looked like a run to 40p which has also not helped!! Away for the weekend now, Regimental Reunion and birthday all thrown in to one, so will have a big headache come Monday morning!!! ;) | trojan
16/6/2009 20:22 | trojan...surely theres an upgrade in gfrm on back of strength of pound? | patviera
11/6/2009 15:29 | go go euro!!! | patviera |
