@dodge Zaza may be lying to investors verbally at an AGM or perhaps the investors reporting back are lying. Or maybe it is true and can easily be cleared up in an RNS. I have no idea. We really only have two sources of reliable information the PSC summary in the admission document and the last RNS. In some ways the two contradict one another and so clarity is needed here.

The PSC summary in the admission doc makes no reference to a "study phase" its not an option. Obviously this could have been negotiated subsequently. However if it has then surely investors need to know the details of that. For example does the 49/51% split on production revenues still exist? Is the same cost recovery of sunk costs in place?

I find it amazing none of these details have been disclosed to the market especially given the chequered history of FRR. Instead investors seem to have blind trust.

The PSC for Block 12 has a deadline of today for FRR to move to a production phase according to the listing document. We know from the last RNS that FRR have some sort of extension for all of Block 12 as a "study phase" but we have no idea of what the terms of this are.

I'm told at the AGM Zaza was telling everyone they had 25 year extensions for production should they manage to get anything commercial going but that's never been disclosed in an RNS. That's pretty poor since it underpins the value of the entire license? Surely FRR should disclose this in an RNS not just state it verbally at an AGM meeting to specific investors? What has Zaza got to lose by making this formal in an RNS unless of course it has not been formalised at all with the Georgian MoE?

What are the terms of the study phase? Can FRR produce and sell anything during that phase or if something is found does that lead to a new round of negotiations?

I'm amazed investors will buy shares at this valuation when the contracts that underpin any assets that might result are so vague and frankly unknown at this point.

What broker forecasts?! WH Ireland didn't make a share price forecast and I don't know of any other brokers forecasting or writing notes on FRR. If I've missed them do tell me where I can find them.

All the broker forecasts seem to suggest the share price will drop dramatically between now and before 2018 , to approximately .43 p or as low as .30p only because there recent rns announcemrnts and AGM have produced nothing tangible to report, All that is reported is failed deadlines, yet again. Until there is progressive, tangible reporting , then the company is seriously over valued, hence broker forecasts of .43 p before 2018.

I suspect will be the back end of next year.
