06/11/2017 10:20 | I would suggest that if anyone still has a short running they should find a way of closing it asap or otherwise risk serious losses. | contra
06/11/2017 09:39 | Can't disagree with you there telbap. | loglorry1
06/11/2017 09:19 | Still waiting for anyone to show me an RNS or official statement which shows that there is a 25 year automatic production extension. It's not in any RNS or official channel. I guess we just have to take Zaza's word for it then? Strange he can't be bothered to update the market properly with such good news. | loglorry1
06/11/2017 09:17 | It seems nobody's listening to Loggie and his miserable band of shorter's. | short6

06/11/2017 08:14 | What share price are your shorts at boys? | mick1909
06/11/2017 07:55 | Absolutely nobull. If it was the case an automatic 25 year production licence is granted when commencing production then why is there no record of that other than Zaza "talking" at the AGM? It's in no RNS. It's in no presentation. It's in no podcast or Web interview. The Georgian MoE have also never stated it. I suggest the bulls here write to Zaza and the nomad and request it is released via an RNS. The price will shoot up and shorts will burn. Apart from anything else to tell a select few at an AGM, such price sensitive info, is securities fraud. | loglorry1
06/11/2017 07:43 | A few questions1. Have they drilled?2. Were there gas shows?3. Are there CPR reports on the companies assets?4. Why do PIs who are clearly not invested keep on banging on?Answers...1 -3 = yes4. = they are short, either in profit or underwater, but short. | telbap
05/11/2017 21:08 | Tickboo, which RNS or prospectus says the production sharing agreement is 25 years from the time something is declared commercial? Such news would be so very share price sensitive that it would be against the listing rules not to announce it. Which RNS are you thinking of? The prospectus says the production sharing agreement ends in November 2027, and that is only if the 5 year extension is granted. The last RNS, as others have commented, was carefully worded to fool people who don't know the difference between exploration and production licenses: one license type saves the Georgian govt. money, while the other allows a cash leakage out of the Georgian economy (repatriation of profits). I believe the use of the new terminology, "study program", was to confuse people to make it easier to sell more shares. At the risk of sounding like a stuck record, FRR is essentially a share selling business masquerading as a bona fide oil and gas explorer/developer. | nobull
05/11/2017 19:31 | If ud-2 is a success they'll have a minimum of 25 years production as per their agreement and the same applies to all the wells as and when they're put into production. Hopefully we'll have news in a couple of weeks. | tickboo
05/11/2017 19:08 | What do you think the top man pays himself in a year? A million quid one each way or another? | loglorry1
05/11/2017 11:38 | What share price is your short from? Is it leveraged? 10:1 | mick1909
05/11/2017 11:37 | Mick1909, "I think a Net Present Value (NPV) of around $2 per barrel of oil equivalent for actual discovered resources is a reasonable starting point at this time." Resources are not reserves. Why would anyone buy such resources when the PSC runs out in 2027 (assuming the 5 year extension to the production license, under the terms of the PSC, is granted?). They are only worth the present value of the profits they can generate, and don't forget resources need money spending on them before they generate the cash flows you are expecting, and at the rate FRR turns resources into reserves you might get two years' worth of gas production. FRR does not have the money to spend on these resources to generate the cash flows you expect, does it? What did the Georgian Govt. stand to lose from going ahead with this "Study program" nonsense? Nothing. The Georgian government gets back 'assets' that need less money spending on them in the future. That is a gain for them. The only thing FRR have done right is to hold an AGM in London. A tick up for that. But of course, such meetings need people like loglorry to turn up and ask the right questions. Loglorry is absolutely right with "All these RNS statements are cleverly worded to hoodwink the inexperienced. " | nobull |
