Even setting this aside does that mean they have been totally unable to induce somebody in the industry of Ian's rank or higher to take the Chair? Or didn't they open the appointment and look hard? None of the BoD outside SS and IM would have been on the BoD of any of the companies I knew and certainly not on the companies for which worked.
