30/12/2009 15:23 | These probarly will end up to be one of next weeks most talked about share. | lord santafe
29/12/2009 08:40 | Just bought some. Could be a winner. Following completion of the Disposal, the Board estimates the Group will have cash of US $4.1 million (before expenses), including the $500,000 detailed above plus the remaining deferred cash consideration of US $1.5 million due to it under the terms of the sale of the Freeplay Division. This is equivalent to approximately 4.4 pence per ordinary share on the reduced capital base. | induna123
28/12/2009 17:07 | Interesting post and its about time someone at last spent some time to comment about Fieldbury. Like most investments these are a 50/50 gamble. I seen so many buyers paying top prices for the best stocks such as NTOG, RRL, OHM, RGM, SHG and then a few days later only to see a 25%+ loss. I rather be in a share that is on its lowest price, compared to one which is still a lot higher to what it used to be. It will be interesting over this year or so, if Fieldbury can double its cash on their new investments to come. However other shares such as Lithic Metals may be just as good or better, but here its worth a bet to me. | lord santafe
28/12/2009 12:58 | LS:> Can I suggest potential buyers take care. So far as I can see there is no guarantee that managment will repay the funds potentially to be received to the shareholders. Their stated objective (unless it has been changed) was to "with the proposed strategy to acquire or take a controlling interest in a company or business involved primarily in the following sectors: renewables, alternative energy, environmental or consumer and financial services markets." This way is potentially a major loss and outside the control of existing investors, Unless you know better in which case the shares could be a buy. For the Directors to agree to liquidate the Company and distribute the funds to the owners would be like Gordon Brown agreeing to retire the labour party in favour of Cameron. 28/12/2009 12:32 | With the 1.5m payment to Fieldbury due on the 31st, I think the buying will start as early as 8.00am tomorrow. | lord santafe
20/12/2009 23:34 | I expect we will get an RNS first thing tomorrow, to say Fieldbury have had the payment and what they intend to do with it. Or if not it should come before Friday, imho. | lord santafe
17/12/2009 11:35 | Thanks for that Induna. I did get there former name mixed up with another gambling stock. Global Gaming was a big failure of a company, that then transformed into a 100 bagger. I remember double6 tipping it, and he also tipped Overnet Date at 2p, and that then rose to £2.00. Pitty I never have had money at the right times. Lets hope all that wont matter, once Fieldbury become double6's next big one. The stupid thing about double6 is that he never can bag more than a X5, since he always sells out to soon. Just like myself, lol. | lord santafe
15/12/2009 21:39 | Tiv, SRSP was formerly GGT. | induna123
15/12/2009 10:32 | I see someone has bought £550 worth. If Fieldbury make one of the best 10 reverse takoevers of all time, that may be worth £55,000. | lord santafe
14/12/2009 11:01 | The last time I seriously went into a share where no one would post for 2 months, apart from me I made over 3 times my money back. Therefore I am glad no one posts here. | lord santafe
14/12/2009 10:42 | Some idiot just selling out over 100K of their holding. Well I will make sure I buy up every one they sold, since here we have 3.9m dollars in cash for just 1.3m. | lord santafe
11/12/2009 16:03 | 41,920 shares bought today. Looks like Lord Santafe's ramping of this share has put people off for months on end. Although to be fair Fieldbury later this month has to announce about the 1.5m payment owing to them. Then they will have 3.9m dollars to hand, in which they plan to either reverse into another company, or to just become an investment company. A bit like Brainspark, that has gone from 0.15p to 0.35p. | tivoliworldgaming
22/10/2009 10:39 | Excellent news today for FIE, the dollar is forcast to be worth £1 each soon. The pound has already fallen to the dollar this week. Soon that 4m dollars FIE has, will be worth 4m. That 4m will then buy up investments into the mining sector, or even a reverse takeover into a major oil and gas company. | lord santafe
20/10/2009 16:34 | Very happy with todays performance, since I will never be able to purchase £2,000 worth for as little as 3p again. The last lot left for £500 on 2.75p, then another £500 at 3p, then £500 at 3.25p and then £500 at 3.50p. Any more than that will take us even higher. Be the first to get them in the morning for just 2.75p. | lord santafe
