looks like we arent getting the $1.5m owed to us, so no a doubt a lenghthy battle in the courts and more burning through the $2.1m cash held at 31-Dec, which I am guessing is no-where near that figure now, which is probably why they didnt disclose it in the last RNS.
thats the trouble with these penny share, the PI's always get shafted in the end

Lets hope we see more sell out, so we can be at good value levels for the 1.8m dollars Fieldbury have left. Then whatever we get back from the fight through the court settlement will then be just a bonus to us. After that we can then get on with the RTO deal.

For the impatient now is a great time to sell, so you can chance your luck in something else, and then come back at the reduced price.

I would say given he couldnt pay on the 31st March an extra month is not going to make any difference so its probably 99% that we wont be getting the cash on th 30th

There is about a 3 in 4 chance that Fieldbury will have to fight through the courts to get the final payment. Giving the cost of this and the risk, these should be sold down to 2p, imho.

my guess would be a drop to 2p where there will be support.... 1.75p sounds good to me though!

There is a danger Mr Narang won't be able to pay up and default. It's obvious he's having trouble getting his hands on the cash needed to pay Fieldbury. That will force Fieldbury into a lengthy and costly court battle.

They probarly have burnt another 300K and are too embarased to say so. However the interest payments from the delay covered over half of that, so the payment will still be excellent news.

why did the RNS releases only give the cash balance of US$2.1M at 31 December 2009, why not tell us what they hold at 31 March 2010, have they been burning through it at an alarming rate ?

Someone cheeky sold 20K shares. Im tempted to do that to, just to borrow £500 of cash, and then buy them back and more in 3 weeks time.

twg - must be keeoing the powder dry on announcements ref RTO or whatever. They could have indicated what has been happening in the bacground whilst waiting for the money !!!

Reducing the delay from 3 months to 1 month this time, makes it look like next time round the final payment is definately going to be paid. I feel there is a 85% chance of the final payment and a 35% chance of the RTO being announced with it. On that basis nearer the time I am going to double my holding.

When the RTO is complete, this share may well do a Sirius. Another words to bag 10-100 times is highly possible.

Looks a strong RNS as all interest payments have been accepted, and this time round the delay is only going to be another 4 weeks.

Nearer the time, I will increase my holding here.

surely an update RNS due tomorrow one way or another now ....maybe the payment is going in just before 12 midnight today ..hence they are holding back....;O)

twg - RTO may be interesting if it happesn..am sure the management have not been idle last few months whilst they wait for the monies !!!
