                       Appointment of new Chief Executive



Europasia Education plc ("EPE" or "the Company"), the AiM listed educational
investment group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Benson Day to the
Board of the Company as Chief Executive, with effect from 24 May 2007.

Benson, aged 59, has over 30 years experience in corporate finance, mergers and
acquisitions, and commodities investments across Asia. While working for KPMG
Taipei, where he qualified as an accountant, he was instrumental in fostering
the first wave of Taiwan's financial and investment liberalization in the late
1980s.  He has helped launch several successful ventures in China and South East
Asia, and co founded the International Association of Energy Economics
(Singapore).

Benson has significant expertise in the commodity and energy sectors, currently
managing a private commodity fund with its own proprietary bench mark commodity
index. His specialism is in rare commodities for which there is currently no
futures market, and those commodities used in clean technology and the energy
sector.

Benson Day said "I look forward to applying my contacts and experience to assist
the EPE Board in devising a revised strategy for taking the Company forward."

James Holmes, EPE Chairman, said "We are delighted to welcome Benson to the
Board. The EPE Board has for some time been working on a number of solutions to
secure the long term future of the Company, as it is far too small at present to
justify the costs and obligations of a listing on AIM, and with limited cash
resources and a depressed share price there is little scope to grow the business
either by acquisition or organically. We hope to arrive at a solution to take
the Company forward in the near future."

Benson Day is not a director of any company and has not held any directorships
in the last five years.

There are no disclosures to be made regarding Benson's appointment under
schedule 2(g) (iii-viii) of the Aim Rules.

Benson Day currently holds no shares in the company.
