Great post Investibot.

This thing will eventually be £5 a share or £0. It's Russian roulette.

I wonder what the value is of 250,000 litres? And how many (effectively free) shares EPS get per litre bought (I'm assuming 44 free shares per litre as they can buy 11 million shares. So £44 worth per litre at the current share price)?

I could understand if the share options were discounted by 25% or even 50% but 98%. That's just odd.

They must be expecting a massive contributions from EPS by way of sales introductions to third parties ???

Bizarre deal. Allowing EPS to buy shares at a 98% discount every time they make a purchase.

Feels like Sulnox are effectively giving away the stuff for free.

Like me getting 50 Sainsbury's shares for 4p each every time I spend £100 in their store.

The share price has risen on the news though so what do I know !

Due to the increase on no news , not a surprise to see news of a significant agreement with a shipping company:

Very unusual in that this shipping company is to market Sulnox to other shipping companies (who are likely to be competitors) Further dilution of shares with this shipping company going to be allowed to buy at 2 pence (hope I got that right) to pay them for their marketing efforts and for their cooperation in producing actual data of the additives fuel efficiency contributon. .

But it is likely that competitors will follow suit if its seen to be successful so not surprising that Sulnox keen to strike a deal. And for a minimum quantity to be purchased.

The positives which I have seen for this share are:

- a number of consultants took shares in lieu of fees - I took that as a good sign
- there have been a number of marine trials which seem to have produced positive results
- a number of marine connected individuals have been buying shares
- I havent seen results from a trial that were not successful

If the marine companies start to buy in volume it will be huge for this share. Why would they not when trials seem to have been successful? Reductions in fuel consumption plus less emissions.

Now up to 90 pence today. Something is causing this momentum.

Market cap now over £100million despite annual sales still being less than £1 million a year and losses running at something like £2 million a year.

They need £10 million a year in sales just to break even.

There is one heck of a lot of wishful thinking in the price. I can only assume they are hoping that a major oil company will take an interest and want to buy it for the IP as, given that it has taken ten years to get to £1 million annual sales, I can't see it becoming viable as a stand alone business.....

These are worth £5 per share if the additive works and £0 per share if it doesn't.

Has spent only about 2 to 3 months of its 4 year existence priced over 46 pence so see that as a relatively fair price

Very interesting RNS this morning, announcing a fundraising of approx. £1.54m.

Was initially disappointed to see yet another discounted private placing (46.6p, an 11.5% discount to the previous five days' average closing price) but it does provide a cash buffer to increase stock levels globally given the investment in sales people. The interesting bit though is that they also disclosed that a subsidiary of McQuilling Partners, Inc has subscribed, alongside existing 10%+ shareholders Constantine Logothetis and Nistadgruppen.

McQuilling is a marine services company with multiple offices worldwide servicing clients in shipping and will be the preferred distributor of SulNOx products in the US, leveraging its clients and networks.

In addition to the fundraising, an investor from twelve months ago has exercised warrants at 29p, bringing in another £336k - so £1.875m in total.

So more dilution but greater visibility on the runway to more sales and towards being cashflow positive in next 18-24 months...
