As 911 asks, wonder if they will be buying the whole company or just some bits.

It's had it's day and I must have been barking to invest in it.
Can't see anyone buying the company when they can pick up the assets with no liabilities.

....Performance from our investments in the electronics sector remains disappointing and consolidation looks to be the most likely route by which we will extract value from our shareholdings. The recruitment sector is highly fragmented,highly operationally geared and enjoying better trading of late.

The multitude of smaller quoted businesses in these sectors and lowly share price valuations offers good consolidation potential.

Vain hope perhaps, but if any legal action by institutions results in a payout to shareholders (but from where?!) perhaps as shareholders we'd benefit?

They hardly have to follow any RNS timing rules, not as if any announcement needs to be pre or post market!
