He did not mention anything about whole offers etc. I've a feeling an announcement will be made today or first thing tomorrow. Major shareholders will have to wait for further details before taking any sort of action. Hope they do!

also wondering what legal action could the major shareholders take ? for what reason ? actually I wish they do, for whatever reason.... if anything provide some entertainment.

Seriously, if action is taken, it will no doubt reveal what was said and promised at the fund raising.

I've also just spoken to one of the administrator staff, he confirmed that an announcement is imminent.. share holders would be unlikely to receive a return unless an offer could pay for it.

Once i pressed on the unfairness put on to the share holders (especially seeing as it was them who raised the millions to keep ELH running)he sympathised and expressed it depends on the level of any offer. 'Major shareholders may take legal action dependent on the outcome of any talks'

Well friends, I have just had a chat with the administrators. Apparently quite a few shareholders have been in touch.

His words are that its "very unlikely" shareholders will get a return.

RNS to be issued soon.

Sorry to be the bearer of such news.

It is all over by the looks of it, certainly for us shareholders.
